STOP DELETING REVIEWS. I love this apartment!! I love the new employee Andrea! She is so wonderful and kind. Her customer service is the best this community ever saw. The guy Miguel is kind of rude and gets mad any time I need help or ask questions. I am so so happy to have Andrea. Now I don't mind going to the office for my aunt. If I could give a zero I would because the front office workers and maintenance are some of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. We've have had a leaking faucet in our hallway bathroom for over 3 months and they've been dragging their feet to get anyone out here to fix it. Eventually they hired a contractor to fix it and these pictures were the end result. When I confronted the front office people they acted like they had no idea what I was even talking about and said "I am sorry we can't help you with this." Avoid this place like the plague and take your money

I currently am a resident. I moved in may 2021 and have had an awful experience. My ac has been broken and unable to cool my apartment since 6/12/21. I was told the problem was fixed. Since my apartment get to… 80 degrees when set to 70. I have contacted the leasing office several times over this issue and yet to hear back. Maintenance came a second time after speaking with a property manager on 8/13/21. The maintenance man came into my apartment looked at the thermostat and said he would be outside. Being forced by an apartment complex to pay rent on 2 separate apartments for 2 months longer than the agreement based on an employee's ASSUMPTION that we wanted both apartments while only living in 1 is complete crap.... but to deny me a payment plan on the new apartment bc I'm a nurse and Erin's furlough doesn't "apply" to my rent takes it to… another level.
Here ya go... pay $2,400 with ONE income for 2 months MORE than the agreement and tell me I'm not dealing with a "financial hardship". Even without the furlough that ALONE would put just about anyone in a financial bind.

I wish I could give Gramercy a 0 star rating. Avoid this apartment complex like the plague. The staff is so unprofessional and unhelpful (especially Miguel), it is honestly surprising they're still in business at all. The apartment buildings are literally falling apart and leaking, but at least they painted and put some new carpet in to call it "remodeled"! There's also always a surprise for: you never know if your apartment will be leaking and covered in water when you get home! I live across from the horrible construction that actually starts before noise ordinance time, so about 7:30, I know this because my daughters have to get on the bus. I work nights and I can’t get any sleep ever and the worst days are construction and the mowing. I can’t wear earplugs just in case one of my daughters were to get sick and I would… need to pick one up. They sent us all an email telling us construction was going to be 3 months, hahahahaha. The apartment itself is perfectly fine, clean, nice appliances, and includes carpet and hard wood floors. The rent is reasonable for the area and the surrounding area is a great area to live. However those things do not outweigh the terrible property management, unknowledgeable office staff, and poor maintenance response time. If you don't ever have to speak to office other than move in and move out, or never have to put in a maintenance request you should have no problem but if you would like knowledgeable office staff, appropriately staffed maintenance crew that has the ability to properly

We never rented there. We went there to see few places and were so rushed like it was inconvenience to them. The guy, young person who was showing us around drove his car so fast we barely had the time to put our two small kids in their car seats. We tried to ask questions, wanted him to show us more, but he didn't care, his attitude was too much, we decided to go somewhere else. Very unprofessional.

Gramercy is an awful place. My advice go somewhere else. You will be glad you did. When you do move they will sock you with a carpet charge. It is ridiculous!!!!! Grammercy as a location and Buckingham as a whole is a terrible location/company not only to work for but to rent from. I was hospitalized and unconscious or incapacitated. They fired me over it. If they treat their employees like that just imagine how they treat residents especially behind their backs. I have heard them say horrible things about… residents behind their backs. In the short time I worked there I saw them do shady maintenance. I refused to comply and do shoddy work. They lie to residents about problems or are just not open about what the real issue is. I am living in here more than 1 year. I also refer some of my friends. For the first year I never had a problem with friendly staffs and supervisor. But after friendly staffs went, rude unprofessional unfriendly employees started to work here especially last 3 months.(BUT NOT MAINTANENCE STAFF.They are really friendly) If I can reach this complex… owner I will tell him they lose your customers and renters. Incompetent management. Have had many problems regarding getting repairs done. They claim that tenants are only allowed parking for two vehicles per unit. Many apartments have 3-4 and take up the spaces. They refuse to use any system to identify legitimate vehicles and will tow tenant vehicles they deem out of place, even if it is the only vehicle associated with an apartment. Management is unresponsive to complaints about any isssue. They also have a hard time finding packages delivered to the office. Please be cautious about renting from Gramercy. My son left the military and stayed here for a couple of years and then I co-shared the apartment and lease with him the last 6 months he was there. During this last 6 months I was noticing that the walls were wet with condensation and mold was growing on the wall and in the closet. My son said he had… repeatedly advised their office that there was mold growing in his room and bathroom prior to me moving there. When we moved into our current apartment, we weren’t overly impressed, but it was close to work and had lots of open space. We’ve noticed a few weird things since we moved in, like how we frequently feel wind gusts from around the patio door, the wall plates are taped to the wall, the toilet is jerry rigged with an old electrical cord, but one of… the things that really got on my nerves was the DUST. Gramercy is getting this bad review from me and a 1-star rating because of their staff unprofessionalism and crappy behavior. I was about to pay my rent online on the 1st of the month and the system locked me out, although I have the password saved but it keeps doing this, and I was not able to reset my password till 30 min later. This happens mostly every time I try to logon into the online portal. I forgot to do it later after 30 minutes and I got busy and then it was weekend the next two days so it totally went out of my mind and then I was charged $100 late fee. I was looking for a place to host my sister's bridal shower. The Gramercy clubhouse was a very nice space that worked out wonderfully. The kitchenette is an open concept into a living room style space. The clubhouse was recently updated and is decorated nicely in a modern style. It was large enough to hold the 20+ people that attended the gathering. The price was great! We had no problems with set up or during the event.

I lived at Gramercy/Mohawk Hills Apartments for a full year in 2015, and I wish that I had NOT! I rented one of the apartments that had been "remodeled" and I would use the term very loosely. I rented a 1 bedroom on Golfview Drive. It did have new carpet and new paint but that was about the extent of the "remodel". I had the pleasure of George assisting in my decision to move to Carmel, Indiana. He not only assisted in my decision with the complex but my overall move, it was appreciated. The viewing was great!.. and for all the pet lovers, there is an NO MONTHLY PET FEE!! i know!, I was excited also! :) I'm sure once the renovation is complete, this apartment complex with be one of the BEST in Carmel but at least they have already gotten the residents out the way with the renovated units!!! Go check it out. Differently on the top of my list of choices. :) Thanks George.
