I didn't end up living at Lakeside for external reasons, but I have nothing but incredible words to say! Tammy was so helpful during the process especially after many questions, emails, texts, etc. She was incredibly kind, fast to reply, and full of information. I would trust this group - nothing but great words from friends I know who live there!

I loooooved Lakeside! The best apartment complex in Carmel BY FAR! I’d say the only issue I had, were the geese. They were everywhere. I was on the first floor facing the lake, so there would be 10-20 geese up by my patio a day. They are just gross creatures and very aggressive. Other than that, every thing was AMAZING and I would definitely live there again!

We needed an apartment last minute due to PCS move and Lakeside bent over backwards for us. They did everything possible to meet our needs. The apartments themselves are spacious, clean, and updated! Great amenities, great pet policy, great maintenance staff and services! We couldn’t ask for a better place. As far as the negative reviews on here I feel they may just be misunderstanding the situation or bitter. We updated the pictures from the ones when we first moved in.

I really enjoyed my time at Lakeside Apartments. A couple of years ago I read these reviews and they helped me make up my mind about living there. Having concluded my stay, I want people to know what a first class job they do there. Whenever, I had an issue with the apartment, they sought to resolve it as soon as possible. The maintenance people were great, the staff always did a great job. They were kind and courteous. They try and succeed to make people happy living there.
I loved my apartment and still miss it.
