Christy, Ecedro, Cameron, Caleb, Dillan and the other staff do a fabulous job taking care of the residents! Not only are they quick in responding to needs (and even wants) but they repair and maintain the homes as well as the area with pride. Their awareness and hard labor doesn't go unnoticed. I also enjoy the flowers and plants that are planted in the different seasons! This staff genuinely cares for its people and facility!

This community is astoundingly clean and well kept. The office and maintenance staff are always respectful and quick to respond. Hands down one of the best apartment/townhome communities I've lived within. It's so nice to have garages available as an option to store our cars during the winter months.

I lived here from 2016-2020 and have had a great experience, the units are very competitively priced for the area. The community is nice, safe, and landscaping is well maintained. It's quiet even though it's next to keystone, due to the brick construction. But most importantly, the staff is easy to work with and friendly. Christy does a great job looking out for her tenants, and Isidro runs a maintenance team that's very quick to respond to work orders (sometimes even within the hour!). I only moved because it was time for a house, but if you're in the market for an apartment you can't go wrong

Woodland Springs Apt. I have had the pleasure of working with for many years. I can firsthand tell you that they are superior in customer service and respond very quickly to any needs you require to your apartment. They do a fantastic job at upkeep of the property and the buildings. The staff goes beyond expectations to be sure you are completely satisfied. My mother lived here for many years and she stated hundreds of times "I love my apartment " which is saying something since she moved there from a beautiful house. If ever I need to move to an apartment in the futurevI will check here first

Awesome place to live. Will be living here 2 years and will only move because it was time to own a house. If you have a kid, try to rent near the little play area so your kids can play with others and it seems safe and a bit enclosed from the parking lot. Their pool is great too for the summer months! They try to have a few events a year to create a sense of community so you can meet others that live in your area! One recommendation would be to have a sidewalk that goes all the way to the office/pool area but even still I haven't had any issues walking through parking lot to get there as residents

We lived at Woodland Springs Manor for just over 5 years. While the apartments are older they have kept them up nicely and continue to keep the grounds immaculate.
One of our biggest pros was how quickly maintenance items were accomplished - including emergency maintenance after hours. We really enjoyed our time at WSM and our apartments outdoor space was amazing! We only left because we bought a house!

I have lived in Woodland Springs for almost a year now, and really enjoy living here. It is quiet, the property manager and maintenance are fantastic, and the apartments are spacious. It also is in a really convenient and safe location. I've seen comments about high utility costs, but my experience has been that it is on par with other complexes, at least for a 1BR. The property is a little bit older, but the units are in good shape and they keep the common areas clean and looking nice. All things considered, you can't beat the value for what you get.

Woodland Springs has been a great transitional stay for the last 2 years. Spacious apartments that are well maintained, grounds are well maintained, and overall very well priced and great value for money in the Carmel area and very conveniently located. Christy and her management team have been great since day one, always prompt to reply to any requests and maintenance guys have been fantastic when needed, always quick to respond and get things resolved ASAP and first time round.

This complex is the best I have ever lived in. Everyone is very friendly and maintenance is always quick to address problems. The complex is very clean, has beautiful landscaping, has great community amenities, unbeatable prices in a convenient location, and is quiet. I would recommend this complex to anyone. I loved the diversity in the complex, as this is hard to find in Carmel. You do not have to pay to use the washers and dryers. There are two washers and dryers in each building. This was especially useful during the freezing 2017-2018 winter. If you live upstairs you are actually charged less

I loved living here for the 1.5 years that I did. I only left because I chose to move to a different state entirely.
I lived in a 1 bed/1.5 bed apartment which is nice having the extra bathroom. The price was great for the space. The mirrored doors on each closet were definitely my favorite part. My only complaint would be the size of the master bath — it was pretty tiny. However, it did have sliding glass doors which was nice because I didn’t have to worry about a shower curtain. Although the washers & dryers aren’t in unit, it’s nice that they are in each building. I can’t recall a
