Totally a mismanaged community with incompetent staff at every level. Don't fall in the trap by coming to live here, its not worth saving on the cheaper rent. Home turnovers are frequent as resident discover fast how less this place delivers compared to many others choices.

I swear, if I could leave negative stars I would. This is BY FAR the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. We’ve always been told one thing and it was always something different the day of. Management is the worse. My wife and I were told to come turn our keys one day and they were closed. TERRIBLE! Being one the first tenants to move into this place and still got treated like absolute garbage. I’m not expecting anything special but a bit of professionalism.

At first glance, the apartments appear luxurious and well built but that is not the case. Being a property manager in the past for Shapell industries, a high end home and apartment builder, it is clear a lot of corners were cut when building Harvest at Fiddyment. There is virtually zero installation between apartments, you can hear every step from the neighbors above you and their conversations. This is especially an issue if you have kids. Take note of how hollow the floors are when walking on them if you plan on living on the second or third floor.

Last month when I tried to pay my rent online, I found that my account had been deactivated and the phone numbers that I had to contact the office were no longer working. I had to find time to go to the office and the rep in the office told me that I would need to get a money order, cashier's check or write a personal check.
Today, I tried to go to the office to pay my rent to find a note on the door stating that the new office hours are Monday-Friday. I went back to the website which states that the office is closed until Tuesday(to observe the

I can say that the apartments are upgraded and nice. Maintenance is quick to come out and resolve issues and office staff is great with communication. The only downside is that the apartments advertise heavily on their great amenities and while they are nice, they’re practically unusable. The package locker is being discontinued due to so many errors. I have packages delivered with no code given or I end up with someone else’s package. The pool is by reservation and has not been heated for some time. The hot tub is finally opening up soon though. The gym is very hard to get a reservation and

We had a very much unpleasant experience ever ! Had self guide tour and really like one unit , everything what we were looking for ! The girl in the office were very helpful and nice . We proceed with application, paid the free , paid the deposit ! The girl in the office assure us that she will call us the next day in the morning at 10:00 am and will let us know if we got approved or not . No one called us the next day and no one answer the phone when we called and none return our phone call .
