An agent from Crum contacted me about selling my home in Stuyvesant Heights Brooklyn but I was reluctant because my home has not been remodeled since 2007. I was so nervous about buying my first home but Max from the very beginning made me feel at ease. There were so many times I wanted to give up but he refused to let me, and it paid off. Ramon is a fantastic teacher, and he provides a great summary of all the essential concepts within a short period of time. His use of examples to explain the concepts was very helpful and made it easy for students to remember the lessons. I appreciate how he followed up with all of his students to make sure we had the prep and materials we needed to succeed on the real estate license exam.

Ramon is an amazing professor. Before meeting him I felt completely lost in what I was learning. He helped me understand real estate by being clear and straight to the point. I took his crash course and passed both my state and school exam on the first try. His crash course really made a huge difference on my understanding of real estate.
