Second year living her, and not planning a third. First year was fine except for the time it took for maintenance to fix something. Now my neighbors are completely obnoxious, despite complaints to management they still have not acted, instead keep saying to use the avenues I'm already using even acknowledging that I've exhausted my options. Commutation is completely lacking to residents as well. I've had things stolen from inside my apartment that could only have been accessed by someone with a key, and packages stolen from right in front of my door..DTN really are slum lords in the area.

I dont feel safe here.
Would have given zero stars if I can. The current management is horrible. Response time for any issue is very long. Manager is never in her office. Recently a situation involving police took place here and neighbors were asked to leave for the night. Even The next day they took no efforts to assure the residents about their safety. I got an answer that my number was not in their system even after living there for 4 years.
The infrastructure is not great either. Dont stay here.

If you don't mind moving into an apartment and clean it by yourself, then this is not bad...
I have to admit I chose this apartment since it close to the campus, and it fits most of my requirements including a carport and within my budget. I didn't see many bad review here so I thought maybe it's OK, and now I understand people are just speechless! Indeed this apartment is a little old, and I admit most stuff like the water, shower, garbage disposal and other stuff looks a little old but indeed function well (that's why the 2 stars), though I'm not sure how the heat would work in winter yet. But
