Although the staff took good care of us the neighborhood is a mess. We did a tour of no more than 10 minutes and in the streets were stray cats walking inside the urbanization (not in the streets outside), and the neighbors walking their dogs without the leash. My children are allergic to cats and I do not understand how inside private buildings there are cats walking and living as if they were on the streets of downtown. They should pay more attention to this especially for those people who are allergic or have fear or trauma with cats or dogs. They should not be loose and wild because you are

I lived there for two years and absolutely was the best experience. They are quick to fix any repair or maintenance issue that I had. The staff is very friendly and always willing to stop and talk with you when you go to the front office. I loved the food truck nights that they would have. The grounds are always maintained and very clean. The pool was my favorite spot and loved all the lounges and covered patio. I have recommended this place to many friends and co workers.

I've loved living here over my 4 years. This community is great, from the residents to the amazing staff who work in the office. Every single member of the staff truly care about their residents well being.
If you're looking for a great apartment, with community events and (literally) hundreds of miles of trails connected to it, within walking distance to the mall/waterway....look no further!

Lived here for my first year out of college and I really enjoyed my time. The only reason I'm moving is because COVID presented an opportunity for me to move downtown, which I'm taking.
Things I liked:
- Management / Office staff / Maintenance: Very friendly, helpful, and timely. This is one of two complexes I've lived at where I feel that the staff genuinely cares about all of their residents (rather than doing so simply because it's what is expected of them). Maintenance staff are always there quickly, and they're really nice people, too.

It is a great place to live, but they have everything setup to charge you. If you need the SECURITY DEPOSIT or any kind of money back, or have a complain of any type of service, the whole system works against you.

This community is absolutely gorgeous. I just LOVE the 3rd story unit with private front door and doorbell..leading into the large patio. Very unique design. It feels very safe and secure. Super quiet and relaxing surroundings. The office staff is amazing too. Rachel, the sales associate, is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Definitely a place to call Home Sweet Home.
