In the year that I've lived at Marquee, I've had nothing but great things to say. All of the amenities are Marquee are top notch, plus the Front Desk, Maintenance, and Leasing Office staff are extremely nice people.
I looked at several buildings before choosing Marquee and none of them came even close to matching the convenience, location, and friendliness of this apartment complex.

This is an amazing apartment! All the staff are so friendly and helpful. The amenities are great such as the gym on the 38th floor which has everything I need to get a good workout in. The dog run is so useful for my 1 year old Corgi. I’ve been living here since April and have enjoyed every minute of it so far.

Everything about living at Marquee had been great so far. The amazing location, very friendly staff, direct access to the mall and public transportation. The building and amenities are pretty well maintained too. Maintenance replies to repair requests fast. And I can’t get enough of the views when working out on the 38th floor!

I've lived here for over a year and have loved every second! The location is incredibly convenient and in-building access to the el can't be beat. Finishes are modern and city views from both the rooms and rooftop are beautiful. Management has always been accommodating and friendly. If you're looking for downtown city living with excellent amenities and friendly staff, this is it.

My wife and I have lived at Marquee since January, and we absolutely love it here! The staff is great, maintenance is extremely responsive, and the location is amazing. The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable. The view from our bedroom and living room is great! Combining that with fantastic amenities such as a full sized gym on the 38th floor, sauna, steam room, and, not to mention, the Block 37 mall right downstairs. I honestly can’t see myself living at another complex after having the Marquee experience. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I have lived at Marquee for 5 months and I've loved my time here. I knew that moving into the city was what I wanted to do and Marquee offers a great location with close proximity to public transportation. Very convenient for me since I take the L train everyday for work. The staff at Marquee is always friendly and the building amenities are great! The gym is amazing and the pool/hot tub are always well kept. The building is very dog friendly too! Which is great for me and my 10 year old dog. I am always happy to call Marquee my home.

I have lived at Marquee for 4 years now and love it! The amenities and staff are fantastic. I appreciate the crowd control of amenities to ensure residents get full access to the facilities they pay for and avoid being pushed out by too many guests/friends. Location is brilliant, so central to everything and direct access to the red and blue lines cannot be beaten. Would love for the problem plagued hot tub on the roof top to be up and running, but still an amazing level of service and facilities provided. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

One of the best parts about living here is the staff and maintenance team - especially Darren in the package room! The building is very clean and safe. The amenities are also top notch, especially the rooftop gym and pool. We also really appreciated the new Weber grills this summer. My only complaint is the rooftop hot tub has been broken all summer and I have not seen anyone working on it ever. We were promised an update on when it would

My company, Java Dragon provides coffee bar service for Marquee @ Block 37. The facilities and staff are 5 star, the building is always clean and well kept. The management staff is professional and always there to help when I need something. The location could not be better, the heart of the city and theater district. They even have special events for the residents like free Hot Chocolate for National Hot Chocolate day, great place.

Lived in Marquee Block 37 since July 2017. This is a wonderful place to live in downtown Chicago. It is close to everything. Both red and blue lines stopped inside the building. The building is great, with a fantastic gym and all other amenities. I love the people working there, especially the staff who maintain the building and at the front desk. Highly recommended.

The amenities they promised are not open (i.e., hot tubs, printers, outer deck on the rooftop), and when I complained I got the response "You pay for rent and utilities-not the amenities." They also banned me from using the service elevator because they retroactively came up with a rule that it's only used for move ins and move outs.

I moved to Marquee with my wife and my son a month ago, and this place has impressed me. The building itself (along with the amenities) and the apartment are pretty awesome and so is the unbeatable location. However, my favorite part has been the people - right from Sasha, Darren and others at the front desk to Claire at the mail station. Everyone is amazing.
As I moved as part of corporate rental, I didn't have a chance to deal with the management directly. But everyone who I've interacted with so far has been nice

Marquee is in the perfect location with everything nearby. I previously lived here for two years but moved out due to management issues, so once I found out they were under new management by Morguard, I could not wait to move back because I really missed the location. So far, living here again has been great and already so much better than my previous experience. I have no complaints so far, and the staff is so kind, and maintenance responds to requests very quickly. Also, I love my new apartment layout, so I'm thrilled to be back.

We moved into the Marquee during the pandemic (in June). Alexandro did a great job showing us multiple units via virtual tour and helping us really hone in on the perfect place for us. Marquee was even flexible in holding the spot for us for a decent duration period considering we were moving from another state.
The staff is amazing. The front desk staff is so so so kind. The package room staff are helpful. The maintenance team does an impeccable job and responds to requests very quickly. We have been nothing but impressed with the kindness of the staff!

I've been moved in for a little less than 2 months, but it's been a good experience so far. The amenities are great gym has been nice during Covid) and every single member of the staff I've met so far is great. From the front desk, to the management and maintenance, everyone is sweet, kind, and always willing to help. I'm forward to enjoying the rest of my time here at Marquee

The office staff is top notched and have done everything during the pandemic to keep us safe and informed. The staff working in the lobby are friendly and welcoming each time you enter and exit the building and they do everything possible to assist you when needed. They go above and beyond expectations to make sure you are happy at the Marquee. Darrin and Tasha, you are both amazing. The Marquee has the best maintenance staff there is. I lived on the 9th floor of the Marquee for a full year and loved everything about it. The gym is enormous with a breathtaking view and a nice variety of equipment. The management was helpful and efficient. Our apartment felt spacious, 2br/2bath, with an open layout living room/kitchen/dining room. We had a view of the theatre district from our floor to ceiling corner windows. Upon move-in, we got assistance with decor from Denise Ziya, a decorator in Chicago, and she made the place beautiful. Major bonus is that the Marquee is connected to Block 37 Shopping Center, so you can access shops, food

Real talk, I never write reviews and I know all apartment management kind of sucks. But this is the worst apartment management I have ever encountered. They see residents as just $ signs. It's a big yikes, management is just plain manipulative. I won't bore you with the details of my personal struggles with them. Save yourselves.

We lived here for 4 years and really enjoyed our time there. Before finding Marquee we visited over 30 apartment buildings in the downtown Chicago area. Marquee was hands down the winner.
You won't find a more convenient location to live being in the heart of the city. Marquee sits on top of the block 37 shopping mall so residents have close access to restaurants, grocery stores, blue/red lines, millennium park and the pedway.
The 360 degree views from the rooftop are majestic. The amenities are awesome including a boutique gym, pool, bbq, 2 hot tubs and sauna.

* There are tons of parties and events for residents. While you are living in the hustle and bustle of downtown Chicago, it makes you feel like you are apart of a community. There has been Super Bowl parties, holiday parties, sport ticket giveaways and contests.
* The dog run has been updated! Before it was all concrete and not ideal for dogs, especially being downtown where there is limited grass. Now, it is all grass and Sadie LOVES it.
* Best gym in the city. It is on the top floor and has great views.
* I don't have a car so being able to go downstairs to the red and blue line

WARNING: Do not move in here at all costs. Management is one of the most unorganized and careless individuals that I know. I had problems with them from the moment I moved in. I signed a lease for a unit on the 37th floor and a few days before move in date they told me there was a leakage (in a new building which makes no sense) in my unit so they gave me another temporary unit and did not offer to cover move-in costs since I had to move twice. I ended up staying at the unit I did not sign up for.

The amenities are INCREDIBLE, all the apartments are modern with high end finishes, the door staff and maintenance staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and indoor access to the mall/CTA make it a one of a kind building. Marquee was one of my favorite residences in Chicago. The apartments are high quality finishes, great views and an incredible location. The amenities are unparalleled - two hot tubs (the rooftop one is absolutely incredible) multiple terraces and fire pits, plenty of work spaces and areas for entertaining. The gym is also one of the better I've seen for an on-site building gym and has enough to get a complete workout regularly in. The maintenance staff is fantastic and responds quickly to any need and the pet facilities were extremely convenient (plus it's a very pet friendly building
