Perhaps the thing I like most about renting here is the consistently great responsiveness and service from the maintenance staff, specifically Angel who has been outstandingly responsive, professional and super attentive and efficient in quickly and politely assessing and resolving any issues. Great employee and a great ambassador for the complex.

I've lived in Bloomingdale woods for 3 years now and it's a beautiful environment as well as living establishment the neighbors are friendly the grounds are always clean the trash is probably picked up and put in the trash receptacles on time the staff is always courteous and punctual and always very much a pleasure to be around your maintenance on… call 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year management adheres to your needs as quickly as they can and if they can't they're prompt to help you figure out how to solve the problem so if you're looking for a place to live or a place to

I moved here last April and have loved living here. The staff is so very friendly and quick to help with what ever you need. This is a beautifully kept up community. Bloomingdale Woods has been amazing. My apartment is very cute and works well for my family. My neighbors have all been friendly. The staff and maintenance is always quick to respond to the few issues I've had. They always are sure to wish you well when they see you on the property. It's like family here.

Bloomingdalewoods is a wonderful safe place to live , the staff and the maintenance crew are amazing, Rosary the property manager goes all out to solve any problem , we have called this home for going on three years . I love it here .

My husband and I moved here in August and have loved the area. The apartments are right at the front of nice and safe neighborhoods and great paths for walking/running. We’ve really appreciated management here; they are all very reliable and responsive to any needs/concerns.

If I could give no stars I would. The outside of the apartments looks good but looks can be deceiving! I have been in my appointment since November and since I moved in I've had nothing but problems. The apartment is roach infested. Leasing office lead me to believe I wouldn't have any problems with bugs. They told me I could have pest control come out as much as I needed them to. And about a month and a half later after I noticed them not coming I called leasing office, to be informed I'd reached my maximum number of sprays and if they continue to come the spray would no longer work. Bloomingdale Woods has been the best community out of all communities I lived at. The leasing office girls are super sweet and make sure things are understood. Maintenance takes care of problems quick. Neighbors are nice. Property is well kempt. I definitely recommend living here!

The layouts are very well thought out. And one of my favorite things to do is to walk the property and check out all of the little lakes that they have. They even have a dog park!

I decided to submit an application here. I explain to them it was a short-term rental. They explained they had availability. Result I applied online the application "did not process correctly" said property manager, who indicated they will get back to me they are going to handle it. Property Manager never got back to me. Next thing it was approved. I called back and ask about the exit clause they indicated I would have to pay until lease term. I decided I will not sign the lease. All under 24hrs they now tell me I have to forfeit my security deposit of $350. I applied and they approved incomplete

So happy we chose to move here I love it so much.. they do everything to make you feel important and like family. If I have a problem it is fixed right away or as soon as possible. It’s clean quite and new things are happening to make it even better. Rosary fatama Laura and Tammy in the office are amazing. If your looking for a place to live I recommend you look here first

I have lived here for 6 months and I am extremely happy with the staff and the community. The office staff is extremely friendly with me and my son. It's a nice quiet community and we are looking forward to the new clubhouse!!

Love this community and my apartment. Quiet neighborhood, and staff is friendly. The apartment is a good size, close to my job, and if something is wrong maintenance is always there to help (thank you, Danny!). Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in the area! 5 stars, LOVE living here!
