Horrible apartment complex. Barely safe especially considering small children wonder the hallways due to the doors never locking from the inside. You will be advised to buy a chain, but considering the problem is so rampant - something has to be done. Stay day if you value the safety of your family.

This is Julie! Love my new apartment recently moved in beginning of February and the renovated units are super clean bug free and everything is brand new stainless steel kitchen absolutely stunning brand new floor the staff and community is wonderful and super professional Miss Carter helped me out with the leasing process every step of the way she went above and beyond to fit me and my families needs I am super grateful for her help and helping get into a renovated unit highly recommend to come through and check it out.

11 years been here.. management come and go but now the new Manager mss cleo she’s One of the best with all the staff that she has helpful, kind, friendly. One great team i’m extremely happy with the new management.. Any issues that I may have you’re always on top of it to help me out.. The place looks awesome now compared to years back I hope we keep it up safe and clean for our community.. thank you guys very much.... This apartment building has come a long way. I absolutely love it. The staff is wonderful, polite, knowledgeable, and makes sure whatever needs to get done gets done. The renovated apartments are well put together with a very modern look. Absolutely beautiful, new flooring and appliances(stainless steal).This building is a wonderful for children as well with an afterschool program near. Ms. Cleon is one of the better property managers I've ever encountered. Everyone is just so welcoming it's refreshing. Our new floors look amazing!

I work for an organization that has had to clients move into this property over the past three weeks. We have worked with only Ms. Carter as our leasing agent, and she has made the move in incredibly easy. She really shows she cares for the residents in the building and works hard to establish rapport to make them feel cared for. The building has just been renovated, and the units look very nice. I have heard bad things about this property in the past, but I feel its residents are unfairly stereotyped. I feel my clients are in a good community.

This will be my second time living here at Brent Place and I can tell you that this place has turned around for the better. My Leasing specialist Ms.Carter has been really helpful from day 1. My maintenance requests get answered and I do NOT have pest

Me. Danielle and Ms. Ashlee are the best! They were attentive and made sure that they fully understood what I was looking for in a new home. I can say this is easily the worst apartment complex in Alexandria, Virginia. From the first phone call (very rude customer service, poorly trained and knowledgeable of property) to the tour of the building to the numerous complaints posted online and reviews. The hallways are very dirty, the elevator has this stinky smell and feels like its poorly maintained. Carpets are dirty and discolored, and by the way this a vacant apartment. If don't think you should take my word for it, you should just read some the following reviews:
