If only Yelp allowed 0 stars. This is gonna be a long review so get ready... but it's definitely worth a read if your considering moving here. In short if you're thinking of moving here... DONT. Why? Where do I even start. They will show you a well done renovated model unit but your actual unit will be poorly renovated and falling apart. When we moved here we were promised fans and in the hottest part of summer (august) in Arizona we move in to find we had no fans and broken AC. My experience has been terrible staying here! DO NOT RENT HERE! Lizeth the manager is very rude she never takes care of the ROACHES that run day and night on my walls. I have asked Lizeth to take care of the bug problem and we even found a black widow in my bedroom!! Rent is so expensive the rooms are very small for the rent amount not worth it!! This place is nothing to brag about! Look somewhere else.

Reading older reviews kind of surprises me because I have had an awesome time here thus far. Maintainence is on it and the staff are amazingly friendly, especially Amanda who has been my go to girl throughout the entirety of my move and first month. I have only seen 2 roaches since moving in and I am quick to let staff know so the issue can be handled. I dont feel I am being swindled in any way, and the apartment is cute, quiet, and peaceful. Once my neighbors move out I'll be even happier. 5 Stars 🌟

I recently moved in with my boyfriend who has been living in The Parker apartments for about a year now. I'm not a fan of apartments due to the fact I prefer privacy; I don't like living around a lot of people. But put aside my preferences, the Parker is a decent place to live. The maintenance staff is extremely friendly and I always find myself engaging in conversation with some of them while I'm out walking my dog. They respond quickly to maintenance requests as well. The new management in this apartment complex is very cut throat and careless towards their tenants. They will put you in an apartment with knowledge that the neighboring apartments have bed bugs and roaches, and insist that the infestation wasn't in your apartment when you moved in therefore it is on you to pay for extermination. They very quickly and cheaply renovated the apartments when they purchased the complex, therefore things will look great when you first move in but break regularly. Jack hammers going off all day! All kinds of construction last 3 months and no break for precedents on pay! Stay away!Bad investment !wish I could of got sound on this. Amidst the latest in COVID-19, The Parker generously I feels it’s ok to charge tenants late fees on rent. Even those whom they know are affected by this virus. And when they ask you to fill out a form to defer rent, a few days later they don’t accept the form even tho they give you no time limit when you turn it back in to them. It’s sad how many… times I’ve been continually taken advantage of money wise with the poor management at these apartments. Unless you plan on taking up stress induced conversations that get you no where you need to be with the management,
