John joined The "A" Team in 2010 as a corporate officer and also VP of Maintenance & Project Mgmt. In 2014, due to the high demand of maintenance Dept. in Azari Property Management, he decides to expand his construction mgmt Dept. Reza Foroughi joined Luzon Project Mgmt. LLC as part of the maintenance management team reporting directly to John Evangelatos, President of Luzon Construction & Project Mgmt in early 2015.

Manzar was gracious, helpful, and kind! She answered all my questions, and there were many even with covid running rampant! She even told me she would help me when I was ready to take next steps as a property owner! I really appreciated Azari and would definitely use them again in the future! I definitely recommend them! Kindness goes a long way and they have tons!

Once my roommates and I saw a property we liked, we contacted Azari and we were immediately helped by Sophia. She had all the information needed and made the process smooth and quick. Sophia stayed up late just to keep in contact with and help me through the process. No less than 2 days later we are all set up with a hold on the apartment! Thank you again Sophia!

Azari Property Management has been managing my properties for the last 2 years. They have a great team that is very professional, responsive, on top of things, I never have to keep my properties vacant as they find me renters before the previous lease ends. As a property owner in San Francisco, it can be hard to navigate the complexities of renting your property here.  I was looking for a property management place that would provide a seamless service to me and my tenants and I’m very pleased with Azari and their level of service.  If there are repairs or maintenance, they promptly take care of the request and then email me with options and cost.  I even found out there had been some personal issues among the tenants but Azari handled these too without involving me – which I appreciated!  If I do need to call, most times I am talking to Azari

I want to recognize Kelly Hurtado, the maintenance coordinator and project manager for Azari Property Management. We’ve worked with her for many years as our main point person for our rental property. Once in a while you interact with someone that truly is so remarkable, that in a short time they impress you more than many people you have encountered for years. I found such a person in Manzar. From the moment I scheduled the showing, to my signing of the lease, everything went so incredibly and remarkably well.
