Vanessa at cedar run made my first time apartment renting such a quick and easy process. Iave been here a couple months already and every time I reached out to her she was there 100% of the time present. Cedar run has been treated me like family. All amenities are incredible! Everything is close as well!

The apartment is not bad at all. Spacious, clean, affordable enough. The staff is nice and responsive. The manager is great. They have a gym and a pool, the place is green, pet friendly.
Residents leave their trash just about anywhere. But if you're a pig, there's very little the management can do.
They got rid of the nasty geese and the ancient, smelly carpet in the hallways. All positive changes so I'm giving them multiple 5 star reviews as managing such a humongous property is not as easy.

I live here now n am highly disappointed whith this place. The ground keeping your charged for . porpetry tax . many extra fees. The parking lots are full of pot holes .cars being broken into. The craperts in the hallway looks like a cheap hotel from 1970 it has a terrible oder that increases in the summer. Mail boxes open n no security. No washere n dryer u have to pay for the messed up washer n dryer here they charge you for.If you dont have to dont move here

Went in today with my mom to ask for some info, Victoria greeted us she was very professional and nice, as soon as she noticed that my mom didn't understand English she started speaking to her in Spanish, made our whole experience easier. I believe she was getting trained but she was able to answer every question we had, and was very informative during our tour. Thank you!

Cedar run apartments has gone above and beyond for my roommate and i. The ladies in the leasing office have been so helpful and accommodating, they really made the whole process run as smooth as possible and i know that if i have any questions they are there for me to call and are always so helpful. Laura has helped every step of the way but everyone has been so incredible to work with. We are so excited about living at Cedar Run!

Vanessa De Leon, the assistant manager at these apartments is an amazing person to work with. We recently moved in and she has gone out of her way to make sure we are good and have everything we need. She always answers our questions and complaints and does her best to help in any way. I would highly recommend her if you guys are thinking about moving here.!!

Lauren has been a huge help with getting me set up in my new apartment! She has amazing customer service skills, and a lot of patience. Very happy to know that she's in the office, and always available to help. Vanessa is also amazing! She showed me around the complex grounds, and was very informative. Can't wait to be settled into my brand new beautiful apartment!

Not a bad place for my first apartment. Im very pleased with my apartment and even more pleased with Vanessa And Nicole's welcoming customer service! Especially Vanessa she made everything from my inquiries about leasing, to filling out the application down to signing my lease painless and as smooth as possible.

Since June I have not had hot water for 30days, then the water has been poulted and with sewage and been shut off at least 3times a month or more. my care has been broken in to in the underbuilding parking and I haven't had heat in my building since october. they charge 100 late fee if you don't pay by the 3rd and my rent went from 950 to 1100 and some how my utilities that for a year was 70 is now 250 so my 1100 bills included is now 1350 + electric so do not move here

Let's start with one everyone has heard about. No hot water or a/c for almost a month. Absolutely ludicrous. There is absolutely no reason for it taking this long to fix. Tenants have a legal right to hot water, I wouldn’t be surprised and would encourage people to take legal action if they could. Not only this but I’ve had maintenance issues in… my apt that weren't fixed even though they were in my apt almost every other day for a month and a half. Lights have been left on messes from maintenance not cleaned up or moving my things and not putting nicely someplace but scattered
