I’ve been living here since 2015 and the area has truly went downhill since Lindsay left. Maintenance is horrible, they never answer the phones. They half fix things when they do come. All this community cares about is making sure they receive their rental payments. My roof caved in and they fixed what they wanted verses the real problem. My refrigerator kept breaking and maintenance brought me gorilla glue to fix it on my own as if rent isn’t paid for my unit every month. Very disappointed in what these apartments have become. If it weren’t for the residents how would the apartments be in

I have lived here almost 3 years now and I really love it. The office staff is professional and so is the maintenance. I recently fished in the small pond and caught a small Bass, I was tickled. The grounds are pretty and my apartment is large for a one bedroom. Also it is very peaceful and I feel safe.

Could be better.. call office about it and seems like nothing gets done about it. Can't wait until my lease is up so I can move where they don't play and make sure things are good. Can't sleep or enjoy ur own place because you have neighbors that allows there child to play, jump, run etc on the stairs all day and night. Cause office and nothing gets done.. melanie has always been a great help but I can't do this anymore.. I love my apt but can't do the neighbor and her excessive noise all day

Wonderful Management Team!! Beautiful property. We rent one of their 1 bedroom apartments. Apartment overall is in great condition. The only downside for us is the small kitchen, I love to cook and bake! Still I'd give them 5 stars anyway. Ps, This has by far been our hardest year yet. Lacey and Melanie are God sent.. Thank you ❤️

So long as Lacey works as the property manager I will maintain residency elsewhere. I am very happy we could finally move. Lacey is so abusive that I feared reviewing the complex until I moved out.

I have been here for 6 months so far, and it has been fantastic. It is very quiet, and the property is very well maintained. I have had to call maintenance twice, (once because of my own mistake) and both times they resolved the issue the same day. The one bedroom units are spacious, which is hard to find in the north west quad of Indy if you want to spend less than 900 a month. For the price, size, quality of these apartments you are getting a great deal. The front office staff is friendly, and I always feel comfortable going to them if I have a question.

I've been at Woodlake for several years now; I'm staying.
I love the natural environment, peace and quiet, and responsive staff.
My unit is well-maintained, with routine safety checks. The pool and clubhouse are simple and lovely. Laundry facilities are abundant, well-maintained, with key-only access. Security lighting is good.
Parking is ample. I appreciate the car tags to show who belongs here. And that we have off-duty IPD security on-site.
In season, the water features and flowers are lovely, and make coming home a pleasure.
I like the diversity of the community, that the children are

I wish I could give this place NO stars! The absolute WORST staff ever! My husband and I lived there twice because we loved the property so much but the staff is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. The first time we lived there we had a racist neighbor who continuously harassed us and when we went to the office one of the staff workers told my husband that it was our fault! The second time we moved back we were harassed by the security they had patrolling the property. He accused my filming box lights (I am a beauty vlogger) of being for drug purposes and said that he was "watching me"

When we first agreed on an apartment it was supposed to be $667 a month. However, someone in the office made a mistake and instead gave us a unit with a fireplace, which costs an extra $15 per month. Even though it was their fault, there was nothing they could do about it.

Our apartment was broken in to after only two or three months of living in this complex. A few of our things were stolen of course. The office apologized and advised us to get a security system. We could not break our lease without paying for the next three months and the month we got for free or by paying the rest of what

My husband and I moved here in February of 2010 because of the value of the apartment we were getting. Two bedrooms for $677 ($697 without the student discount) and 900 square feet.

Things were decent in the beginning, but in the almost two years we've been here, it's been nothing but hassles. Heaven help you if anything needs fixing in your apartment, because there are times where it could take two months to get maintenance in to do anything. Our refrigerator door has been janky for a year or longer, even after we've put in maintenance requests every month or so. Also, I think
