This apartment have only one advantage, it's in a good location (good restaurants, bars, parks etc.). Here are the disadvantages, I guarantee you 100%
1. The price of the apartment is not stable, it always goes up during renewal.
2. They never care about their Tenant even when you complain, the problem will never be solved.
3. poor maintenance of the apartment (rooms). They only resolve bath and kitchen basin three months later after I made the third complain.
4. Lot's of cockroaches from day one. I have to do the pesticides by myself because I need to be healthy.

I lived here for about two months at the beginning of 2020, and had to move due to the amount of cockroaches at my place. I had pest control come once, however, it was at the beginning of the pandemic and they weren’t able to come back. Regardless, it’s a structural problem and I believe that only by demolishing the whole place you could MAYBE solve this issue.
I was able to break my lease without a fine due to the cockroach problem, so if you are ever in this situation, know your rights and go after them! They are a huge health risk, and you shouldn’t be subjected to it.

I stayed at this apartment for 4 years, because i thought it was the cheapest place in the area. It was cheaper back then, but this year the price went up A LOT. For the same price i can rent a 2 bedroom at another place. This is some reason why you should never rent here:
- ROACHES EVERYWHERE, no matter how clean you are or how many time they spray the pest control. It never go away. At night roaches crawl all over the place. Words can not describe how much roaches there is....
- FRONT OFFICE IS UNPROFESSIONAL, this place is loud, people do fight all the time. If

I moved here mid March and so far I am pretty happy here. Brandon assisted me in finding a very nice apartment within my budget. I appreciated his friendliness, availability (responding to emails quickly or answering the phone) and quick response to maintenence requests. There were a few misunderstandings with maintenance themselves, but they always resolved any issues quickly. I also appreciate Perla who proactively helped me to resolve thesw issues I had with some maintenance requests.

Brandon P. provided me with excellent service. He was very informative, helpful, and courteous when we interacted. The apartments are quiet, and the maintenance staff is treats every help request with urgency. Would recommend these apartments to anyone looking into moving into the area!!

I moved in about 2 weeks ago, and Brandon Penados has been an excellent help. He made sure my maintenance request were fulfilled in a timely manner upon asking. I am very satisfied with this apartment complex as well as the friendly leasing office staff. My only problem is that the gate to the apartments have yet to be locked, but I was reassured that would change shortly. Brandon has made moving in very easy and I appreciate his concern on keeping tenants happy and informed.

I lived at Century Park for a year, and I think it’s a great place for first-time apartment renters. They’re relatively inexpensive; not amazing, but not horrible. The amenities are minimal, about as low as you could go while still being decent (very small gym, iffy on-site laundry, large but not deep pool, one kids playground), and the parking situation is alright (had to walk across the complex to my apartment only a few times late at night). It’s super close to the main parts of Addison, and everything’s within a 5-10 minute drive. I recommend it to my friends who are looking to move

Do not live here. For over a year my windows leak when it rains and there are electrical out let’s under my windows. All they do is pint over the cracks and once I found items missing from my apt. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

Absolutely do not rent here. This has been the worst living experience I've had. The apartment is filled with bugs, will come packaged with the apartment. They should mention it on the amenities list on the website. Don't let the appearance fool you. It looks great from the outside, but it's riddled with problems on the inside. I have lived at Century Park Apartments for many years. They fix repairs quickly, and the property is kept clean. The staff replies quickly and is always kind and helpful.

If you are looking for a safe place to live this is not a good place. My car was stolen from inside the complex and so far they don't hold any support.

I've loved living here so far. Any issues I have had have been addressed promptly and efficiently. The amount of space I have for the price I'm paying is insane for this area! In a good way, of course. My neighbors are all very kind and helpful. I love having a dog park for my pup to run off some energy, and the grounds are always clean and well landscaped. I love this place.

It should be renamed the roach motel because the place is crawling with bugs. I lived here for two years and was never able to get the situation under control. Management obviously doesn't background check its residents judging by the level of drug activity in plain sight. You will find empty dope bags regularly drifting around the parking lot. Large dogs are acceptable, pitbulls are the norm. Watch your kids in the parking lot because people drive through super fast. Not recommended at all. Overpriced and junky.

If it was my choose I will give this apartments no stars at all. I've lived here for about 7 years, but I'm about to talk about the last unit #1312. I lived there for 2 years. I was forced to moved out, because for 2 years I complained about the AC never working. I remember coming back from the hospital with my newborn and the AC was 80°F I called maintenance after hours and I was told to "OPEN THE WINDOWS" Remember I had just gotten out of the hospital. The neighborhood is nice and the close proximity to everything is great. Maintenance staff and leasing office staff are amazing. Rents are very reasonable.

We have had a really great time living here. The management has been very kind and always reasonable with my boyfriend and I, which is a really big deal to me. I've loved our big patio space and little back yard. We lived in an updated apartment and it was fairly nice, especially for the price. No real issues with bugs--pest control is good about coming if you need them. Don't move in here... the room is so dirty and full of mold... cockroaches are everywhere in the room. They don't even let us to look inside the room before sign the contract.... you should never sign the lease contract before fully investigate around this area. The smell inside the apartment is horrible... Really and truly, I profusely regret for my decision to be here. Red flag is the safety issue... a lot of suspicious people are around this area, especially at night, I saw many group of people were smoking, talking, and staring at us... crime statistic is high and dangerous... So far so good! Had a garbage disposal issue and it was fixed the same day! Facilites in good use too.. laundry and mail and parking all good.

I've been here almost a year and I'm happy with my decision to move here. Its pretty quiet apartment complex. I'm just not to please with the garbage overflow situation at all. I'm not happy with garbage bags and trash left around the bins. But the grounds crew does there best to keep the apartment complex clean. I do love the quick response from maintenance request and they are extremely friendly and courteous. Love the big beautiful pool.

-The area is close to shopping and nightlife while being really safe.
-My wall neighbors are friendly (you Can hear them, but you live in an apartment- be realistic about your expectations.) I live on the second floor and I almost never hear the upstairs neighbors.
-The maintenance fixed my towel rod in a day. (Again, be realistic about expectations. They could be busy if they don't fix something quickly.) When I told them my shower was really low, they offered to buy an extender and install it for me. (That's going above and beyond, in my opinion.)

When I first moved in there was a problem with the new apartment - it was supposed to have washer/dryer connections and didn't. They didn't have any other 1 bedrooms which had all the upgraded features such as wood flooring and appliances available... They managed to take a unit that had the new appliances but carpet instead of wood floors and they got the wood floors in and unit ready for me overnight so that I had everything I had been promised when applying for my new apartment. Best treatment I've ever received!!
