The management of real estate, whether residential or commercial, should require a written Management Agreement between the property owner and manager. At first I can say that I had an okay experience, but after having a year of renting with them I am not quite so happy about how we’ve been treated for the most part. It started with AC issues where we paid out of pocket for the damages a previous pet caused and it got pinned on us because we also had pets in the home. The second time there was an AC issue, they wanted me to reach out to a company that the warranty covered so we got someone to fix it and they didn’t even want to cover the amount at least from our monthly rent. Robert and the team at JR Rentals and Property Management have done an outstanding job of managing my property for almost a decade. They communicate any issues quickly and have vendors ready and willing to get projects done in a timely manor for a reasonable price. There are other property management companies out there, and I have used some of them, but none compare to JR Rentals and Property Management. I most definitely recommend using them!

JR Rentals managed my property for nearly 8 years. During that time there was not single incident when I was not pleased with their service. The owner, Robert Herring, has extensive experience in managing and selling property- and it shows.
Whether getting ready to rent or sell, JR Rentals was extremely responsive to my requests or needs. The home was rented over 95% of the time that JR managed my property. Whether there was a winter freeze or a tornado, Robert was there, "boots on the ground" ensuring that damages were properly assessed and evaluated.

JR Rentals was excellent to work with over the past 6 years. We were first time home owners who got military orders very unexpectedly after purchasing our first home and only living in it for 10 months before having to move and our home was taken care of just like it would have if we would have been in it ourselves. We were always informed if something needed to be taken care of and it was always taken care of in a timely manner. I first met Robert when I was buying my house in 2004. When I got stationed in Ft. Sill in 2007, I looked to Robert again, as a Property Manager for my home. I recently moved out 1 of JR Rentals property. I was there for 1 year, they are pretty responsive if you need maintenance of anything. There late fees are a bit too much but I understand they are policy guidelines and if you don’t miss a payment you will be fine. Phil is Awesome! He did our move in and move out! I usually don’t ever leave a review even if I had a good experience but Phil definitely deserved the acknowledgment of such a great customer service. Thank you so much!

Super friendly team that helped with all of mine and my family's needs while we rented with them for one year. They were very attentive and responsive to any issues and concerns that were brought to their attention. Phil did our move-in, mid-lease, and move-out inspection and I couldn't think of anyone better to do business with. He is a very friendly person that is super professional.
