I have lived in a lot of different states and apartment complexes, but Clear Creek Meadows by far exceeds the rest. The staff is friendly and efficient. They address any needs right away and are super helpful with assisting you if you are new to the community! They even helped to streamline my internet and electricity for me which they did not have to do. My neighbors seem quiet and friendly! Highly recommend this complex.

The apartment itself is great but the biggest issue is whoever is working in the office. My husband and I moved out almost 1 month ago and there were many issues. They didn't prorate our November rent like the Assistant manager said she would do. Both my husband and I sent various emails to them asking them to prorate the rent so we could be done. I had called countless time no one answered or called back to the many voice-mail I have left. The final total for November was almost double what they had told us and we honestly felt they were being shady about it. Since we're no longer residents we

I love living here at Clear Creek Meadows Apartments. The staff here have always been friendly and professional. I have been in the Army for 15 years. I’ve stayed at many different apartments across the country, and I must say that this apartment complex is the best one I have ever stayed in.
The landscaping and upkeep of the outside of the apartments are always on point. The grass is always cut, and you never see trash laying around on the outside of the apartments. The outside dumpsters are conveniently located between the different apartments. This makes taking out the trash an ease. Anytime

Kellie (asst. manager) is top notch and never hesitated to help me. The maintenance staff is prompt and professional. No complaints after living here 2013-2014. The 2BR/2BATH was huge and came with washer/dryer installed. Yes there is covered parking. I would move back in a heartbeat if I come back into town. Thanks for everything!

I have lived here for 9 months and the staff is great. I suspect that there were some changes a little over a year ago, for the better. There still is a problem with residents not picking up after their pooches. Yet there is a poo bag dispenser available. The parking is tight if you don't want to pay for a covered parking space that I wish they would stop charging for. The foliage and grass are always neat. The pool is small but is always clean and sparkling. The gym isn't Gold's but I still get my sweat on. As far as noisy neighbors, at first I thought my new neighbors upstairs had a pet gorilla

I have lived in Clear Creek Meadows for about a year now, and I love it! The staff is WONDERFUL and are always there to help you. Recently my parents came to visit and were renting the model home for a week. (Which is only $50 a night and comes with EVERYTHING THEY NEEDED, including spices for cooking) I forgot to ask Lynn, the manager, for the key to their room before my parents flew in. We got back home around 10 pm when I realized my mistake, so I called their maintenance line and left a message explaining my problem. 2 minutes later Lynn called me back and graciously brought down the key and
