Services
If you are looking for a pet friendly community, we are the right place for you! Our community allows a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. The pet fee for 1 pet is $400 (non-refundable). Pet fee for 2 pets is $600 (non-refundable). Pet rent is property specific. No BIRDS are accepted. Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum on the first floor only with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease.

It is interesting and telling that the property manager and assistant property manager don't see the conflict of interest in giving themselves 5 star reviews without disclosing their affiliation to the property. Cameron Phillips is the assistant property manager, his girlfriend also reviewed. Katie responded to his review as well.

This place is amazing so far. If you work on Columbus AFB, you get $500 off your first full months rent. They have rental furniture packages available, which I selected. My first day here I walked into my Apartment and my furniture wasn’t there😕😕....... But Autumn called the property manager (Mary-Beth) and I was credited back the $350 pro-rated rent for the last part of December (I didn’t even have to negotiate this, or argue with them, they just did it), they allowed me to stay in their “model-apartment” until my rental furniture is delivered to my apartment. Honestly, I thoroughly enjoy living here. My wife stays home with our baby boy. We feel safe and if we have any maintenance problems, administration is fast to fix them. Also, the community events they host really brings everyone together. If you're looking for a quiet, professional, and safe apartment complex, The Colony is for you. - James W.
