Do not rent from them. Not only do they overcharge you and act like it’s your fault, they also don’t return any money they owe you from the security deposit. I haven’t lived there in 2 years and never got what little of deposit they were supposed to return, even after contacting their corporate office. The owners of the corporate offices are greedy individuals with no respect for consumers. They falsely advertise, claiming 24 hour security when it’s an MHP officer living there getting reduced rent to unlock and lock the pool.

Decent-ish apartment. It's quiet and well-located, but overpriced for the age and appearance of the accommodation. The biggest annoyance was the hours of the main office, where they seem to know when you're available and specifically take that time to close. However, they were very patient and if you managed to catch them in office, they were good about getting needs taken care of. My issues were usually solved within 1 or 2 days max. I liked my neighbors, everyone seemed friendly and family-oriented.

Been here about 3 months. So far the air conditioning has gone out twice - took 2 days to get someone over the first time (days in the 100 degree range). It went out again yesterday - left multiple messages at the front office and emergency lines. In addition, I just returned home from working to find the apartment flooded as a result from the apartment above toilet overflowing. Even backed up in my shower and tub. Cannot get anyone from the emergency line to return my calls. Will have to find a hotel for the night because I have to be at work in the morning at 6. DO NOT RENT HERE.
