The leasing team here are amazing!! We lived here for a year and would have loved to renew. It was a hard decision but we ultimately decided to leave only because we found another apartment due to our required to upgrade, from a 1x1 to a 2x2, and the new property were offering 6 weeks free that was a cost saving we couldn’t ignore.
Reflecting back now that we’ve lived at the new property, Heron flats and loft, for a few months we regret the move and wished we never left Allez.
This review is long over due but I miss the this place and the leasing team!!

I lived at Allez for two years and it was great. The location is prime. Especially during the 2020 lockdown I could walk to everything I needed or wanted and didn't drive my car for months.
The apartments are right off the Sammamish trail and just outside of downtown Redmond. Walking distance to two QFCs, Trader Joe's, Safeway, Redmond Town Center, Bartells, all the Redmond restaurants and bars, Black Raven tap room, even Target, Fred Meyer, and Home Depot. The train being built and open in the next year or two will make it even more convenient to reach Bellevue, Kirkland and Seattle.

Property manger here is absolutely outstanding. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Down to earth staff, huge kitchen space, friendly community, walking distance to everything, I'm very grateful to have found this place. Construction noise isn't that ideal, but it's not terrible. I really love the dog friendly concept; it makes everything more enjoyable here.

I LOVE Allez! My experience living here has been so wonderful. I moved here from out of state and felt very out of place and nervous. Angel made me feel at home here, comfortable and taken care of. This is a great property to live in at a great price. Walking distance to everything, and wonderful management that takes care of you and makes you feel heard.

My move out experience was awful, and from their shady behavior surrounding the entire situation I would have to recommend that no one move in unless you are looking to get scammed.
I had to move out early because I was relocating to a different city, and had about three months left on my rent. I was told that my options were to: A) Find a new resident to take over the lease, B) Pay a two month termination fee, or C) Pay the rest of the rent and give back my keys, in which case the unit would be available for rent on the website one week afterwards, and when a new resident moved in, I would get

My boyfriend got the apartment rental lease for 10 months for work. We came here because this was one of the few that allowed our breed of large dog in the area. (My dog did not end up coming and just stayed on the east coast.) We only stayed for 2 months out of the 10 because Microsoft cut him due to their budget. No problem, a lease is a lease so he continued to pay until the end. We would come once every two months to check up on the apartment (and car that was still parked in the garage) and everything was fine.

I have lived here for over a year now and I love it! The managing staff is amazing, I’ve never had any issues! And any questions or concerns don’t take long for a response. Moving was so easy and Angel took me step by step and showed she really cares. It makes me feel at home and can’t imagine living anywhere else at the moment. The apartments are kept up to date and clean. Having a 24 hour gym is amazing as well. Would recommend to anyone moving to the Redmond area, on not only a great edge of downtown location, but also the staff is absolutely wonderful!!!

Angel is a doll who would go at any length to help out her tenants- she is just awesome! Justin (maintenance manager) is amazing and just a good person, period. Matt is Matt, cool and professional- you may have to iron out issues, but who doesn't? that's the nature of the business. he gets the job done. The team is solid and I truly miss living at Allez. This is a really nice luxurious spot and the customer service is great. I still stop by and say hi, because they are really a good set of people to work with.

My husband and I were staying here on temporary housing and loved it here. We were in the midst of deciding on a permanent location and Angel, the site manager, was extremely helpful. She was very easy to talk to and was very fast to respond to our questions/requests (almost instantly, it was AMAZING). She was very intuitive and accommodating as well. Ultimately we decided on a different location but it was in no way at the fault of Angel, but rather the home/size we were looking for was not available at the time at Allez and another location did.

I've lived here for a year and a half and have no interest in living anywhere else anytime soon. Open floor plan and abundance of storage makes a one bedroom seem like so much more! Huge walk-in closet and W/D in the apartment is a great plus. Aside from being very clean and safe, the management is the main reason I resigned my lease. Angel always goes above and beyond to make sure every tenant, or potential tenant, feels welcome. Anytime I need something she's in the office ready to help

Agree with Michael S. - be prepared to be nickel and dimed, especially if you have a dog. I'm a responsible renter who takes extra precaution in caring for the apartment and had never had any issue with getting my full deposits back... until this place. It's owned by Greystar - they put a fee on everything and don't give renters any rights during or after your stay. Buyer beware.

This could have been such a great place to live, unfortunately the management company has no regards for the tenants. The property is always unkept, common area's rarely are cleaned, parking garage is filthy, loud barking dogs are ignored my management, along with any complaints from the residents. The management has even let the garden area's die out do to neglect.

I am actively seeking an apartment home and documenting my search in hopes of assisting others. This is just my opinion which may defer from others. I called about apartments this week after getting told to come back on Sunday before 5 after our impromptu Saturday visit which I understood since I had no appointment and they were slammed. We came back on Sunday around 3:30 and the "Will be back" sign was already hung up and set to 9AM the next day. No problem. We moved about 9 months ago from an apartment in Renton that was to put it nicely, sub par. My husband and I fell in love with Allez! The staff is wonderful; Bryan and Matt, Justin and Zach! The rooms are very quiet, and brand new. The courtyard, gym, and media rooms are wonderful to spend time in, and the lobby is beautiful. Plus, Rivertrail Roasters is downstairs, which is perfect for my coffee cravings in the morning.

We were among the first residents ever to rent here. I expected a few problems in the beginning as it is a new construction but everything was addressed immediately and after the first couple of months, we didn't have any problems at all.
So I will break things down point by point.
Location: excellent proximity to the 545 into Seattle, and walking distance from Qfc and all sorts of other stores. Can't beat that!
Management and staff: I really don't understand the negative reviews here. Jodie and Bryan have always been nothing but pleasant and fun to talk to. I'm a stay

They finally hired people to keep the place clean and in order and the staff has improved but the management hasn't. I had issues with a their neon light that displays their name beaming into my bedroom. I didn't even know it existed until they turned it on months after I moved in. Long story short, I reported the issue back in September and the problem hasn't

The management really have to come together and discuss more thoroughly how to rent out their units! When we called they assured that they have a month-to-month option. Once there and looking at the units, we even got a hand-out to show us the month-to-month options!! Got back a couple of days later to sign the lease and all of a sudden they tell us that option never existed!! Horrible experience!
