Solid Foundation Home Inspections is a very unique business which truly cares about their customers best interest. Robby was probably the most pleasant and thorough person I have ever worked with. He answered my numerous questions in a professional manner and gave great additional advise. We were trying to close in a very short amount of time and Robby was very quick with his responses, even late at night. I would not got anywhere else in the Gatlinburg area for a home inspector. Inspectors like Robby are one of a kind. Keep up the great work!

Robbie was fantastic with both inspections he performed for us. He was so honest, and took time to go over every detail of his findings. Robbie did a fantastic job for us. His approach to how he performed the inspection and how he was able to relate his findings to us was extremely professional. Very thorough, not afraid to get dirty if it requires it! Once he was done, he went over his findings in person, in a way that we were easily able to understand both the good and the bad. Spot on with how he acquired his findings using up to date methods. He shows a true "love" of what he does and he does it well! I highly recommend him for any and all of your inspection needs! I had an inspector come in from this company after an initial inspection by a different company. Robby found more things that needed repair and was beyond thorough with his inspection.
