Literally the worst. Forced to deal with these people because my apartment complex uses them as the wifi provider. The wifi goes out ALL THE TIME and there's no way to report it on the website, and when you call they rarely pick up. Instead it prompts you leave a message, and then they never get back to you.

5 stars because of my interaction with Jeremy. I forgot to pay my bill and my internet was frozen. It was 8pm (support ends at 5). I figured I’d call and leave a message. Jeremy answered, handled my issue, and sent a ticket to have it restored tonight, which is not the standard procedure. I had a project for work due the next day, so I’m really thankful for Jeremy’s help.

I had become increasing frustrated in dealing with our poor Wi-Fi connection and was about to give up entirely when I received contact from the very patient, knowledgeable, and personable - Andrew of STELLAR Broadband’s technical assistance department. Andrew owned up to the delays related to outstanding parts orders, apologized for our inconvenience, and had already taken steps to right the situation - before we ended our conversation. I’m now feeling that - “Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus”. Thank you, Andrew. 🎄

I submitted a help ticket and within 30 minutes a technician called me on a Saturday! Technician Andrew was extremely helpful when my equipment needed to be fixed. My receiver was having an issue with connecting to the dish, Andrew was able to fix many other issues he encountered along the way. I am very impressed with the prompt resolution to the problem. Tried calling many times, sending emails, submitting multiple tickets and have not been able to get a hold of anyone for router issues. I've been trying for weeks and this is beyond frustrating. Still haven't heard back from anyone -- this is unacceptable.
Update: I was finally able to get a hold of someone and Andrew was beyond amazing and helpful. He contacted me immediately, apologized for the delay, and was super flexible with my school schedule. He was able to set up my wifi within 24 hours of contacting me. Super helpful and I'm really appreciative that he worked around my school schedule

We have spartan net because our landlord provides our internet service. I have never experienced worst customer service with a basic utility call center. With that being said, Andrew was a phenomenal technician. Once we were able to get in touch with him, our issues were promptly resolved. He fixed the fiber optic connection in our house and our internet now works perfectly! He even gave us his direct number to bypass the call center should we ever have any more issues.

Andrew came to my rescue. After reporting an issue with connectivity to the support email, he responded within a day and got over the next day for an immediate appointment. He was hilarious, helpful and more than thorough. I haven’t had any issues with my internet since and I’m getting the speeds I need to support my streaming career and online masters.

The customer service is just plain awful!!! The wait time to have someone come out to your home is even worse than the hold time on the phone. It sucks the community that I live in I have to go through them to get Direct TV. I have had Direct TV in other states and never had any issues. Having to deal with a middle company is such a waste of time on so many levels!

This is literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. Horrible customer service and none of them know what they're talking about. I have been trying to get my Wifi set up for the past 2 days and they have been no help whatsoever. I cannot even get someone on the phone to speak to me about the issues I'm having and I have left multiple voicemails which have yet to be returned. I am paying too much every month to have NO WIFI!!! They make it way more complicated than it needs to be and don't answer the phones to assist you!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN

Moving can already be stressful enough, these guys do what they can do make it easier on you. If a glitch does happen they try and make it a point to remedy it as soon as possible, they don't just drag their feet which is nice and good customer service in my opinion. I can't speak for the whole staff but my interactions with Ryan, Richard, John (Crumley), and Connor (Laing) have been pleasant, helpful, and friendly. I hope the upswing continues !

Consider this review a -5 stars. Internet drops regularly and they tell me it's because the router isn't powerful enough. I bought it from them for about twice what I should have paid. If the wind even blows the TV is out. That would matter more if there were any channels other than infomercials. Extremely unhappy that I am forced to used this service!! Every negative review is absolutely correct.

If I could leave negative starts I would. I'm so fed up with this company. It is just awful. Absolutely awful. I have had it for a year now and have had multiple issues that I've had to contact them about. They've came out to my place multiple times and "fixed" the issue. However the issue is fixed for a few days/weeks/months (it varies) and then it begins again. The internet goes out all the time and the satellite is glitchy and intermittently goes out. It is December and my tv and internet are out again for the 4 or 5th time. I am so frustrated. It is after hours so they

Absolutely terrible service. If I could give fewer stars I would. I have a reoccurring problem with my service. I live in The Quarry Apartments and have no options. I am charged more than 2x what I would pay if I could go directly to AT&T. They claim 24/7 service which means someone answers the phone and will get back to you during normal business hours. Answering the phone is not service. It is not 24/7.
