Upon signing the lease I was a happy camper. Now that I'm 7 months in I want to leave this place. You report incidents to the front office that "seem" to be taken care of when they actually do not. The people above me literally threw trash and glass bottles on my porch, and smoke hard drugs constantly where my kids and I are smelling it inside my… apartment and out. Then this. My toilet cracked on 11/8/21. They came that day and said they'd replace it. After 6, SIX follow ups I FINALLY got a replacement toilet on 11/23/21 Their excuse was there was a "shortage" on ceramic toilets, which

Besides the fact that the crime has skyrocketed in the last few months and management refuses to do anything about it, the management skills of Glenda are seriously lacking. Anyone who has anything positive to say about living here will quickly change their tune when she makes a mistake and then proceeds to blame shift and argue with them. Definitely one of the worst "customer service" experiences I've had in a long time. Do yourself a favor and move somewhere with less crime, more up to date amenities and staff that actually care about their residents.

I have been living here for few years and I have had a positive feedback. Current scenario is changing and getting worst day by day….
Yesterday my neighbors car was on floor without all 4 tires !! And this is probably 5 or 6th incident. My car was broken in and my friends car tires were taken.
The main door was 24/7 open / damaged for a month. And yes the management says it can happen anywhere … I asked for camera installation - answer came that they are installed but hidden. Have hidden camera given any lead to enforcement agency ? Why not placing publicly and tagging a smile Board so at

No longer feel safe in our own home. Every other day vehicles are being broken into or wheels stolen. Apartment units being broken into. Comments from staff mention it can happen in any zip code.. but are you doing your part with who is able to lease and who exactly resides in your own complex? On ocassion when I walk my animals there are residents drunk and laying on the concrete in the parking lot, women being chased through the complex screaming at night. What is happening around here?

I've recently moved to this apartment complex with my mother (September of 2020). We've signed an 11-month lease and have been extremely pleased with the apartment administration, cleanliness, and amenities so far. We're looking forward to the remaining months of our lease, as there's always something to do and people to meet here. Any time we have trouble with appliances, we contact the leasing office and the issue is resolved almost instantly. Paola and George are extremely talented in what they do and will have no problem handling your move-in!

Edgewater at Klein are beautiful apartment homes in a BEYOND perfect area. We were having trouble settling on an apartment that would suit our needs, but your leasing agent PAOLA made it the EASIEST and most efficient process ever! Moving and trying to find a new place to call home is hard, but Paola ensured that we were taken care of to the… fullest extent! I’ve truly never in my life had customer service from someone like I had from Paola. She was sincere, honest, thorough, and answered all questions I had. You can definitely tell through her personality that she is extremely happy

So far I've had a great experience with the Edgewater. George J was extremely helpful and very nice. He responded quickly to my emails about my concerns. He really did have me sold on this apartment and I am happy to say I have moved in today. I love the sweet welcome gift that was left for me. It was very kind and sweet and shows that you guys care. If you want to speak to anyone. George is the guy, He will have you laughing the whole time.

I have been living at Edgewater for the past three weeks. George was so kind and helpful during the move in process and the other leasing agent Paula is also a big help when calling the office. The complex is so clean with great amenities. I’m really hoping the deck opens again soon because it was definitely a selling point for me. When I moved in everything was repainted and I even had a sweet note from George waiting on the table. I feel so at home here it’s the perfect place to get away from the hustle bustle of Houston.

I love these apartments, i dont have any problems and the workers respond to you ASAP. I moved in the middle of august and they do not have any commotion and i love how quiet it is. Last but not lease one of the best workers on your team (in my opinion) Paola she’s wonderful and understanding.. need anything you can go to her.
