Honestly a nightmare. Apartments are mediocre priced and have modest kitchens, but the real issue is the mice. Within the first six weeks on a lease there have been three phone calls for mice showing up to the unit, despite a relatively clean apartment. I’ve seen them congregating in overflowing garbage chutes in common hallways. In addition to this, the needs of residents are disregarded for corporate cost considerations, removing the possibility of air conditioning entirely in October. That wouldn’t be a tremendous deal, if any of the windows had screens to keep bugs out of the apartment

Besides the mice that also reside here at the Mark you are now allowed to hang your clothes off of the balcony. Most importantly I personally had a conversation with 2 members of management that agreed it was "ghetto and would be immediately addressed". That was 5 days ago. So since we're going Green here at the Mark Apts I'd wanted to share with the community. Perhaps we can get window unit air conditioning while we're at it. Most importantly I've been living here 3 years and after this assessment...there should be no reprisal

Lived at the Mark Apartments for enough time to have to experience two different Management companies. I will say that it has gotten better over time. Ive never had many issues with the apartment itself, however maintenance was pretty good when you needed it. Walls are thin though, you can hear music and noise from time to time. Laundry situation isnt the best, all machines were almost always at use. No guest parking so youll have to make due with street parking. Now I did really like the package locker system, basically an easy way to have your packages secure. The building I felt was also following

I have lived here a little less than a year and have not enjoyed it. The apartment themselves have lots of pest control issues and it seems that management hasn't been able to resolve them (see other reviews). I have had to call pest control numerous times during my time here. I've also seen roaches in common areas like the hallway and elevator.
An even bigger annoyance is the gigantic generator/motor they have in the parking lot. I guess the AC broke in the summer and this generator was the solution. But it's been over 4 months with no repairs or resolution and the generator is LOUD. Very loud

I have nothing but great things to say about my move in and extended stay with The Mark. First off, I’ve received nothing but the best of treatment from beginning to current time. Jessie has gone above and beyond to help me and my family feel secure, comfortable, price wise and over all, plus shes continued to exceed my expectations while juggling with other residents and their needs. Dan has always had a positive energy towards finding resolutions. They are a working team! I would highly recommend The Mark as a hidden gem in this part of the city!

I’ve been a resident at The Mark for only six months and it’s been amazing, but recently even more amazing! All I can say is that Dan the Property Manager is the greatest!!! Most helpful and super professional. He really takes care of the tenants in the building and maintains the property very well. Something had unfortunately happened in my unit where a leak was involved and Dan was quick to give me solutions and not stress me out knowing we are in a pandemic! In the end, he was able to transition me into another unit in the building knowing it was literally the apartment of my dreams (not

-PESTS PESTS PESTS. (Roaches & Mice. Mice in my unit, my neighbor’s, and another individual on different floor. Roaches in units, stairwells, lobby, everywhere. You may pay rent here but they run the place 😂)
-Interactions with the building’s pest control contractor is a pain/unhelpful. (My unit was sprayed at least 5 different times and still saw roaches. I asked “if spraying continues to be ineffective, what’s the next

Let me start by stating that I love 😍😍 these amazing luxury apartment homes. No one paid me or asked me to leave a review. This review is from my ❤.
Dalia and Dan Hoke are amazing. Dan's energy was super lit. Dalia is the bomb.com, she's easy to talk to, she's understanding and she gets back with quickly.
My choice was "The Kennedy". Oh my goodness, where do I start, well, the upgraded kitchen, bathroom and amazing natural light from super large windows... is what did it for me. Oh and my EMS Animal, "Doobie" felt right at home.
Also, I can't leave out the amenities, dog park, laundry

Heather and kelsey were great, definitely considering the renovated apartment. The elevator can handle about 2 people max, 3 people if everyone is under 100 pounds. No washer/dryer in the apartments too but the prices are reasonable for that fact. Only 2 lights away from the beltway so very easy to get to and easy to see from the street too.
