I have lived at Citi Lakes Apartments for almost four years, and I must say that I am incredibly blessed and grateful to be here. The apartments are beautiful and have such a “home” feel to them. With a gorgeous outdoor walking path and fountain areas, you get all the benefits of a suburban lifestyle while still existing in the Orlando metropolitan community. While there are certainly some opportunities for improvement (such as the parking situation and some loud drivers at night), these small issues never take away from the incredible and safe community that Citi Lakes has created (gated residences

1. The Luxer locker system experiences outages every few months, it’s happened at least twice in my time here. The repair time on these lockers takes more than four days on average, sometimes up to a week and a half. It’s now Christmas time and I’ve had a gift locked up since Thursday. I won’t be able to give someone their Christmas gift until later due to this system.

The lady at the front desk was nice letting me into the gate, and seemed like a nice person while I waited for my friend in the lobby. She knew my car would be towed later, literally showed me a picture of my car after it was towed, and told me it just happened "15 minutes ago." Not surprised at all.

We had the pleasure of calling Citi Lakes Apartments our home in Orlando for 3 years. We found Citi Lakes to be safe, clean, well managed, and in an excellent location. But what really sets Citi Lakes apart is the excellent management office team. The office is staffed by some of the nicest people I have ever met, with particular shout out to Karina and Karyelen!

I've lived here for 3 years and I have to say I love the improvements I am seeing! The staff has always been very friendly and the property is looking so good and anything I report is getting done like my building cleaning which they have impressed me with! I used to complain about pets in my building and owners not picking up but after speaking to the manager Corolli this has stopped and they are paying attention to maintaining it clean which i truly appreciate. We are also seeing more events and goodies for us residents which is a change after locking down last year during corona. It's nice to

Just moved out after living in this complex for over a year, and had to put my two cents in.
I relocate a lot for work, and live in a new apartment complex almost every year. I'm not saying this is the worst I've lived in, but far from the best.
The main problem is not the usual complaint of the people in the leasing office, maintenance, etc. The office was always friendly, and maintenance always prompt.
Simply put, the apartments are just so poorly constructed. The walls are easily some of the thinnest I've ever experienced. My neighbor's bathroom door creaked very loud

Five stars is solely for Gino. Through ups and downs of living at the property (normal things like maintenance requests, some rent issues, etc.) Gino has been kind, informative, personable, and understanding. We are leaving Citi Lakes soon, and I worry because we now have such a high standard for property management because of his amazing attention! If you live or are considering living at Citi Lakes, you are in the best hands in the business.

It's the worst Community And the worst people in leasing office I was there for 2 years and when I finished my lease I make sure that I paid everything after 7 months the send A collection notice to affect my credit with out letting me know what's going on the said I still have 24$ from the last utility bells when he confirm to me that I don't own anything that I'm good to go And the always will charge you over everything and in the beginning the are very nice but when the make sure you sign the lease you are going to see there real faces and I almost forgot if there

Couldn't be happier about making the decision of moving here! Gino, Kyle, and the ladies at the leasing office are very helpful, and made our move very smooth. All the community areas are clean, and pool/gym are resort like. Neighbors are very noise conscious, so you can actually rest. The apartments are in mint condition(absolutely in love with our kitchen!!!)

My husband and I moved to Citi Lakes in April of 2016. As newlyweds, we were drawn to the location and the fact that it was new construction. We currently rent an A4 apartment on the 4th floor. Our floor plan is AMAZING and we love our view. The apartment is open, spacious and having a walk-in pantry is fantastic! The appliances are all brand new and work great! Any issues, maintenance resolves in 24 hours. The community itself is always clean and kept very well. I can honestly say that I've never lived in a community that takes pride in their upkeep, and ensures courtesy and comfort for ALL

Our move in day we witnessed a pretty major fight happen by the kids park, we saw someone get tasered and another persons head get smashed against a poll. Witch was upsetting because we have a young child. It's suppose to be a "luxury apartment complex" but the people tell a different story. There is always crowds of people at the pool, they make huge messes and don't clean up after themselves. It's a "gated community" but they are broke majority of the time, almost always they are open. As for the apartments, they are nice from a first look but once you move

Worst experience I've ever had living at an apt community! Disorganized and most staff not fit to be running a "luxury community". Moved in and dish washer, mater toilet and jets in master tub didn't work. Floors were scratched, washer and dryer weren't working, my garage didn't even have a door handle or lock on it. Way too many issues were over looked and for the price you pay for how cheaply they were thrown together.. Not worth the price. Pool is run down, BBQS are broken and work only 10% of the time. With a free month of rent, the wrong kind of people moved in

I moved in to CitiLakes the first week of September, and there has been nothing but confusion from management about things that were promised by the prior leasing company. It was taken over by PAC the first week we moved in, and at the end of the first month I have a notice saying that my rent is let and I still owe more than $100 on my rent. I called the leasing office and was not given any direct answer as to why the online portal is saying that I owe money still. I've been living at CitiLakes since May 2015 and it is truly a fantastic community. The apartments are very spacious and the amenities are excellent. The community has a massage room, coffee bar and wonderful resort style pool. The community management team is also about to begin a pool service program which will cut down on the amount of "visitors" the pool sees as well as offer towel service.
