1535 Canal is a nice place to live. I wasn’t able to complete my lease there due to an employment opportunity that relocated me to another state. The apartment layout are very diverse and offer a variety to suit anyone’s needs. The management team is very kind and communicate effectively. My only con would be that if you have an apartment unit that is located on the Canal street side, then noise will be an issue at night. Of course, if you opt for a unit on the Canal side then you expect noise as it is a parade route but during the pandemic, with no parades, there is noise. Sunday nights are

Lived here for nearly a full year now, and the place has been truly great to stay at. Everyone on the leasing team has been kind, and I can tell they all truly care about their tenants - they even hosted several in-house events during the pandemic to give us opportunities to socialize and get out of our apartments. As others have mentioned, the pest control and maintenance are equally as efficient and timely, which is much helped by how easy the online resident portal is to use to make such requests.

Absolutely wonderful management and leasing team! We have really enjoyed the friendliness of all the tenants as well. Pest control is routine and communicated timely. The maintenance request process is easy and issues are addressed timely. We have taken full advantage of all the amenities including the complimentary PJ's Coffee dispenser and conference room. We are sad to be leaving however we are relocating. Really going to miss our morning walks in the French Quarter!
