WOW!!! I dunno where to start...Management, Maintenance & Neighbors The Entire Dartmouth Community are TOPS!! I've lived in 3 different apartments over 2.5yrs & could see myself doing it again. Management/Maintenance is on point & know, actually KNOW their residents. The atmosphere is AMAZING your neighbors will become friends in the community(everyone gets along/vibes).
Not to mention the community room, pool & surrounding neighborhood...ALL AWESOME!
I highly recommend moving here!!!

I currently live here and I have to say this place has gotten awful. The management is lazy and doesn’t deal with real issues in the building. Unless you think sending out a thousand emails on the same issue is effective. I am also an active-duty service member. I have to make a duty station move because federal law prohibits me from living a… certain radius away from my actual duty location. I was just assaulted over the phone by one of the managers and called a liar. They said my military orders weren’t real. This place is not worth the money or the headache. This place only

I loved my stay at Dartmouth. I stayed here for 2 years. Great location, the management and maintenance staff is awesome. Thanks Amanda for all your help these last two years. I can never forget - once I forgot my keys at home while coming back from the airport. Drew came at 3am and opened it for me. I had a lot of fun and great times here. I will recommend this community to anyone in a heartbeat.

Extremely disappointed with this building. We recently moved due to the poor maintenance and cleaning. They don't care about the residents and the Manager gets upset and rude if you complain. They constantly ask residents to post good messages here (with hashtags as I did). They also ask residents to donate their time to clean the common areas on Sundays because they don't want to hire staff on weekends. It is very frustrating. The common areas are only open during office hours and they removed trash cans from residents entrances. All management decisions are taking for their benefit and not their

We just renewed our lease for what will be our fifth year here. We love it. I commute over an hour each way every day to come home here. The location is unbeatable. Restaurants, bars, Harris teeter, target, all a walk away. The staff, especially Amanda, is top notch. We thought about moving but couldn't resist staying another year in our undeniably chic apartment. This is our home.

The 720 square foot one bedroom apartment is quite spacious for 2 people and a cat! The apartments are clean and updated with all safety bells and whistles. The pool is lovely, and the business center is gorgeous. Some tenants are loud and unruly (I use the stairwell to avoid non-maskers in the elevator) but the building does a lot to maintain a luxury feel. There is ample, covered parking for residents only. I've never had an issue with the building! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to rent. You honestly can't beat the location.

By far, the finest and luxury apartment to stay in North hills. I have been living in Dartmouth for close to 3 years, and my experience has been excellent. I must say that Dartmouth has friendly staff, and the manager is always available for assistance. By far the best apartment community to live in. Amenities are great; the parking deck is never overcrowded. Neighbors are friendly, and the most suitable choice is that I walk to work, which is an advantage for other folks whose offices are next to the apartment. People smoke cigarettes and pot in the stairwells. the rooms are very noisy very noisy like the floors are made of cardboard. Management does nothing. So you can spend your entire day smelling like cigarette smoke after walking through staircases- or be in an elevator with others during a pandemic. They also no longer allow AMAZON to deliver packages leave outside your rooms- so they leave all the packages in a general access mailroom which get lost and are free for anyone to take anything.

The previous review (with 2 stars) is just about right. The building is always dirty and the manager always has an attitude and seems to hate her job. They don't clean often at all. The coffee machine never works and the common areas close at 4:30pm including the gym. The elevators quit working almost every week and they take forever to fix it (sometimes 2-4 days). I cannot wait until my lease ends. This is certainly not how a luxury apartment complex should be managed and maintained.

This place has the best apartment staff! I had a quick turnaround time to get a new apartment and they were so accommodating and went out of their way to make sure I got the apartment I wanted in the time I needed it. Having good management is important when choosing a place to live and I can assure you, the Dartmouth had the best of all the places I toured!

ELEVATORS NEVER WORK. Almost every week they have an issue and management does nothing. FOGELMAN this building is falling apart. People smoke cigarettes and pot in the stairwells and entrances. Carpets in hallways are always dirty and you can smell humidity in some of the units. THIS IS NOT FAIR!!! If you are planning on moving to North Hills, this is not the place.

We have loved living in our home at the Dartmouth! The staff has been awesome and very kind! The apartment has been lovely and very comfortable with plenty of closet and storage space and a well-designed kitchen! The location has been delightful for walking, restaurants, shopping and enjoyable amenities! We have felt we were on vacation for two years here and will miss it now that we are leaving. Thank you, staff, for providing such a lovely experience for so long!

I had every intention of living here before I was treated so rudely during my tour. I was mortified by a leasing agent who was more rude than anyone I have ever encountered and who insinuated that all of their floor plans were completely unaffordable. I was disgusted and am now moving into another North Hills apartment.

My husband and I just moved into the Dartmouth and love it. The kitchen is very functional and easy to navigate. The cabinets and pantry have plenty of space. At first, we were concerned about the washer and dryer being in the kitchen, but they are very quiet and efficient. The closets are huge! I love the built in book shelves. We have two 80+lbs dogs that enjoy the dog park across the street. The dog washing room is very convenient with washing the dogs. The only thing I would suggest is that the dog wash room would have hooks on the wall for leashes. The apartment staff is very accommodating

Just moved in and absolutely love it here! The community is very welcoming to my partner and I. The staff here (Jenn, wendy, and everyone working the front office) are very helpful and friendly. Resident of two years. Since new management has taken over, this place has changed. They recently encouraged residents to call the police on other residents over noise complaints. They also started to fine for more infractions around the building whether it be noise or driving the wrong way in the parking garage. It seems their reactions to… community problems are always harder and more $$ than the other management companies in the area. YoPros, people who make noise, folks who drive through parking lots using shortcuts, and individuals that like to use fire pits after 10pm will be mistaken

I moved in just recently and the Dartmouth has been an excellent experience. The apartments are great looking, the unit I received was in excellent conditions, a lot of walkable places (restaurants, Harris Teeter, Target, movie theater, etc)... and in particular the front office staff is great, they go above and beyond to be very helpful (Jenn especially, THANKS very much!!). Overall an excellent experience. I am very happy I chose this place.

This place has changed considerably, but has it's perks.
New management has placed many new fines in place since taking over. Now you can get fined for:
-Driving wrong directions in the parking lot.
-Using the fire pit after 10pm.
-Making noise that your neighbors complain about.
And more!
They have also encouraged residents to call the police on neighbors for noise issues. Young professionals, loud individuals, and those who like to sit by fires past 10 pm... stay away.
