I have lived here almost 1 year now and as I come to the end of my lease I am 100% sure I will renew it barring any unforseen huge price hikes which I have no reason to expect but we will see. As for the apartments...immaculate. I moved in to a 1 BR 3rd floor apartment and everything went very well.

There has been a dog barking for days now. It is disturbing the community. It is against the lease agreement to allow your dog to bark excessively. Why are some people allowed to break the lease but not others? Why isn't your staff doing anything to manage this community so that tenants aren't subjected to an animal being excessively loud? If I stand outside and shout for days on end, I will be evicted. Why is this not only allowed, but seems to be welcomed? The reviews about the staff are 100% spot on.

Complete waste of money! Crime and noise, that's what you're paying for here! These apartments are so loud, it is unreal! They might as well be built from paper. The leasing office does nothing to address the excessive noise that is always coming from these apartments. There has been a dog barking VERY loudly NONSTOP for DAYS. Unfortunately, this is small in comparison to the daily car break ins! Although I'm not sure, the never being able to sleep because your neighbors like to party part kind of sucks!

This team that is in here now is 5 star all the way. Most places
in the Springs charge outrageous rents with no justification for
it but Katie, Julie and the maintenance team are Johnny on the
spot with tenant requests, and with a good attitude. So, it makes
it worth it. If hunting for higher end apts in COS, this place is far
and away the best choice.

My husband and I moved to CO from FL only planning on being in CO for a year. We moved into Grand Centennial Apartments without ever even visiting the state of CO. We had the best experience. We ended up living here for 2.5 years. Our unit was better than we anticipated. We had wonderful experiences with the office staff, exceptional and fast responses and work from the maintenance team, as well as beautiful views and friendly neighbors. We loved the location of the apartment, feeling that it was pretty central to many cool places to visit in COS. Would definitely recommend this complex to anyone

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews but I LOVE it here. I have been here since March and really only have had little minor issues(to be expected, everything isn’t perfect). I worked with Lauren for months before my move in and she was such a gem. She really cares about future/current residents. It is very quiet, my neighbors are sweethearts, and the updated apartments are great. I thank grand centennial for making my first apartment process as painless as possible but also a great community to live in.

I have lived at Grand Centennial for about a year now. I have absolutely no complaints! The leasing staff is friendly, understanding and prompt. I have never lived at an apartment complex where calls are answered with so much immediacy and consistency. Every question I have had and equally any misunderstanding was dealt with promptly and with the utmost kindness. The staff here is really amazing! When my kitchen flooded during the freeze, the maintenance staff was fast even though they were very busy with the same issue in other units. They came by repeatedly afterwards to ensure there was no water

Do not live here. While the location is nice, the management is an absolute joke. I worked with Lauren when I moved in, and she was fine, but the general manager Katie does nothing and is incredibly snarky and unprofessional. Our lease was supposed to be up on June 30th, and we gave them more than 30 days notice on May 25th. They didn't call me back until 2 days later and five minutes before they closed to inform me that we actually have to give a 60 day notice to move out. Even though they left a note on my door in the beginning of May that says if we do not hear from you by May 31st you will

I have lived at the apartments since 2017. I had no issues for a while. Shay was the manager at the beginning she was awesome. She no longer works here. Well my apartment has flooded 3 times, I decided to write my review tonight after the lack of urgency on my apartment flooding for the 3rd time. I’m sitting here while apartment is flooding and was told an hour ago they are on the way. Well no one yet. Also my truck was hit in the middle of the night and well of course no one knew anything. Things go missing out of vehicles and mail has been stolen. New manager has not acknowledged these issues

I have been a resident at Grand Centennial for 4 years+ now and regardless of what any other review says, this is ONE OF THE BEST complexes in the Springs. Not only is the security deposit very reasonable, once you are here they work with you to accommodate your needs, and believe me, I have a lot of needs that they have worked with me on over the past 4 years. Shay, the manager is FANTASTIC, I cannot think of a thing she could do better to help her tenants. NEVER have I given an apartment complex a good review before, and I have lived in several all over Springs. I would highly recommend Grand
