Summerfield is by far the best complex I have ever lived at, Brad in leasing office is truly a wonderful man, he truly cares about your concerns and takes care of it as fast as possible. Maintenance man is wonderful as well I will be very sad when I do move. But for now I will continue to enjoy my apartment and Community I live in. This complex location is great as well close to stores and food. Highly recommend Summerfield!!!

I moved here in 2016 and finally moved out in 2020. I was sad to go because I loved living here but as times go on kids need more space and so do adults. The main office management is wonderful. The maintenance man I wish we could take him with us. They do a phenomenal job keeping up with the property and keeping everyone safe. I had one minor incident of a bad neighbor and they did everything they could to support me and my families safety and for that I am forever grateful. Thanks for everything summerfield and anyone looking to live here just know you’re in good hands.

Me and my sister are about to reach one year of living here and we absolutely love it. We are not renewing our lease since one of the roommates is moving out and we would like to find something more affordable. The maintenance guys were even willing to help us out ON CHISTMAS! The holiday that nobody wants to work which did mean a lot to us. It is very roomy and quiet neighborhood. Perfect if you have kids since we always see them playing around. There are so many places right around the complex from groceries to gas, Starbucks, waxing center, massage spa, liquor, car wash, movie theater. We are

My family won’t be renewing a lease here. We pay way too much for what is given in these places. While the interior is lovely and up to date, the rent here is way too high. Not to mention the price to rent a garage is outrageous, the rent is already too high for not having a gate or any other kind of extras(no pool, ‘clubhouse’, gym). The parking is limited and awkward.

My wife and I are new tenants here at Summerfield and we absolutely love it. Right from the beginning, Nikki, the manager here, welcomed us with with a warm smile, positive attitude and clear communication. Even though there may not be on site amenities, there are plenty in walking distance including a new rec center a couple blocks away. The condo is very nice, washer, dryer, fridge and dishwasher all seem to be in great condition or new. The moving process was easy and the community is family friendly and respectful.

I will not be renewing my lease because I feel like these apartments are overpriced for what they offer....it’s not gated, doesn’t have a pool, no playground or nothing but it’s still so expensive. The Green Leaf apartments down the street are close to the same price but they offer more amenities & have a 5% military discount. On top of that, Nikki told me she is no longer the Property manager here, she said she’s with the same company just at a bigger complex. It sucks because she was so nice.

Prior office management Sonya, and her Maintenance Director were lovely to work with. Up front, respectful in all interactions and plenty of prior notice for anything that required tenants time or access to your unit. The property was maintained and extremely clean everywhere you walked. This new Manager, we have waited to see if things would get better, nope. Notices for projects that don't improve anything within or around your unit every other week. Some residents get notice on unit access required, others don't and are left unaware of what's going on until the last minute. When you receive

The new manager is extremely rude. He tries to intimidate the residents. There are set office hours but the manager is NEVER available. There are also a lot of unattended children in the parking lot. They damage cars all the time. With that said parking is limited. If you have a garage you cannot park your car without being blocked in.

For the location, this property puts a lot of local and chain businesses within walking distance. Movie Tavern is literally a block away and you are surrounded by two grocery stores and multiple fast food chains. A park is located two blocks to the West. That said it can be loud. That said, rent is just going to keep going up and this property does not have any amenities to it.
