I've been living here since the 19th of March. Over all, I'm pleased with this apartment complex. I haven't once seen one bug in the apartment or bed bugs (knock on wood). The community it self is clean and neighbors are respectful. Management is overall professional and helpful. Maintenence is really good. During move in, the washer was leaking water but they fixed it within a day. Another day the AC stopped working and was fixed the day off within like an hour. My only complaint is that parking is first come first serve but that's not a big issue. I'm over all happy to be a tenant at Club at

When we were looking for a place for my son and his girlfriend. We were shown the model and loved it! When we got the keys to move in, it was a total disappointment! The model was bright and cheery. The actual apartment was very dark. Not at all like the model! The paint job on the cabinets, counter tops and tubs was very poor. The paint in the tubs started peeling. If you are thinking about moving here, make sure they show you an actual apartment, not the model. His washer broke down in April and took until late October to repair.

Club Valencia is a nice small property but I just moved into these apartments and my door is busted. From past experience I can tell someone broke into this unit prior to me. Why wouldn’t they resolve this issue before I moved in? Doors striker has to be pushed in every single time I open the door. No way you can miss this. There is multiple things missed in my unit that need attention I haven’t mentioned but not as important as the door. Poor experience. Not happy. Unacceptable. Standards aren’t being met imagine all the other things. I wonder. Office acted clueless when I brought it up

It’s been a few days over a month of living here, and as my first apartment it has exceeded expectations! I have not seen a SINGLE bug besides the ones that fly in when you open the door which is such a huge thing for me. The unit inside is definitely not perfect but it’s still really nice, I never hear my neighbors or anyone for that matter - it’s so quiet I love it. The grounds are well kept, I swear they pick up the trash like 3x a week 😂 and the pool is AWESOME. So big and the water feels great.

I live here and I don't recommend it. Brianna Bautista, the assistant manager, needs more training on professionalism, paying attention to details, answering questions directly, appearing to give a genuine care about residents, and taking feedback seriously. Recently, I was given a “patio violation for leaves and trash” and 24 hours to remedy the issue or be fined $50. (Every unit in my building had a “violation” taped to their door...?) I called Brianna and I insisted there was not a violation and invited her over to double check/verify. When she arrived she told me she could not enter

Came here to look at their apartments and they were high on the list of ones I picked from. Things were clean and nice, especially for the price. They do require masks during tours. The tour was given in a professional and friendly manner. You see lots of people giving bad reviews about roaches, but remember people, this is a common Arizona thing. Many apartments spray for them but they won’t get them all. Keep your place clean! I didn’t end up living here but I think I would have been happy if I had choose to.

For month now trying to get leasing info. Online & via phone, "Virtual Assistant" (VA), offers to help, never a warm body. First few questions easy breezy. Now, will admit I'm electronically challenged. After each question VA offers to schedule virtual tour, I politely decline. When ask for available date of 1BR, VA offers tour. Attempting to get out of revolving door, say yes to tour. VA asks what date, I say 3rd, VA informs me no 3BR'S. Try again, say 4/3, VA lets me know no 3 or 4BR's. Cannot get back to inquiry on 1BR. Hang up, call back, trying to avoid revolving door say yes to tour first
