I have lived here since 2014 and have always been treated like family with the staff. The complex is clean and quiet, very nice place to live. Bethany Watson, the Assistant Community Manager is exceptional. She is very professional and always responds timely to resolve issues no matter how big or small. I would recommend "The Residences of Westover Hills Apartments" to anyone looking for a nice place to live here in Richmond, Virginia. The amenities; pool, fitness center, dog park are always clean and neat. Thank you for taking care of your residents and keep up the great work!!!

This has to be the worst apartment I’ve ever rented.. I moved here from North Carolina for a job without viewing the apartment in March 2020.. terrible decision. First, when speaking to leasing agent Danielle, I was told our two bedroom apartment was eligible for one month free so we decided to fill out the application. We were approved and ready to move in. On signing day, we were told our month free would be added to the lease. Then, I called to verify when it would be added and the leasing agent said they could not honor the one month free because it was for one bedroom apartments.. which

I love this place. I always feel like I’m on vacation here. The grounds are well taken care of, I love the pool, laundry room and gym. My apartment is spacious. It’s quite and the neighbors are very friendly. Reasonable rent and friendly stall. Maintenance is great.

I lived here for 2 years. Prior to moving in, we had agreed on a 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor with a fireplace. 2 days prior to moving in, I get a phone call informing me that the apartment would not be ready for the agreed upon move in date (moving is stressful enough as it is, who wants to receive that call?) I was told that I would be receiving an identical apartment on the same floor. I had no choice but to accept considering we were 2 days out. Move in day comes and the apartment they give me is on a third floor with NO fireplace. I call and ask what’s going on and the representative

Danielle is always so thorough in answering my questions and patient with me. Even if there’s a mixup, they take responsibility and fix things. She’s always cheerful and happy to help & understanding.

Since I can’t seem to reach anyone in the office via telephone. When will I receive my deposit? I left the place in good condition and paid my rent for the last month. If there was a 0 rating I would have given this complex that. I lived here back when it was Matchpoint. Maintenance staff was horrible. Office staff would tell you whatever you wanted to hear to keep you out of the office. My truck was stolen from the parking lot 2 weeks after I moved in. (Yes, it was locked. They busted the window.) I had an issue with a creeper that they said they knew about and he was "banned" from the property even though it seems hes still around from other reviews. Bugs everywhere. I get the spiders but roaches everywhere. One drug bust after another. Ridiculous...just ridiculous

I moved in June 1, 2017 and my experience was far from the best. The staff was always polite, absolutely no complaints there. The complex is really quiet. I lived in a "renovated" $950 per month 2-bedroom unit and I honestly couldn't imagine what the non-renovated units look like. The contractors obviously don't care about precision and detail. They didn't care to seal cracks in the walls. The carpet in my bedroom and living room was separated from the wall, leaving a crack that cold air came through in the winter. The entire apartment only had 3 air vents so it took extra energy to heat and cool
