This place has been perfect for me! I have never had an issue with my apartment at all. This place has really been comfortable for me and my kids. It’s home for us! The office staff has always been very friendly and professional with me which was a huge selling point in my decision to live here. Highly recommend!!!

They’re very unprofessional, they make you pay a deposit and lead you on as if you are approved..just to tell you many days later you are denied and have to wait 30 days just for a refund for your deposit. I would not recommend this place because you have to keep calling them just to see if you are denied..you would think paying a deposit they would have the common courtesy to call and update you but they don’t. 0/10 for me !

I was going to wait to move out to write a bad review on this place, but time after time of disappointment, I’ve about had it. When we first moved in a couple of years ago, our oven wouldn’t cook our food all of the way. I had maintenance come in and look at it about four times, there was a bit of a language barrier and I couldn’t understand much of what they were trying to tell me what was wrong with my oven. One time they told me I need to set the temp higher because my oven was falling in degrees while it was cooking. I called the office and asked for maintenance who could understand my

I completely second this. We moved in an immediately had pest problems with ants that were constantly getting into our food. We had to throw away over $500 worth of food on multiple occasions. Eventually we were unable to keep food in our kitchen area at all. We had to keep it all on our dining table and even then has problems. Pest control came every week ans the problem was never solved so we requested to be moved to a different unit. They did not reduce our rent or anything beside transfer our unit to which we still had the same problem in the new unit. When we moved out of our first unit we

Only reason I gave this place a 4 star is because I wish in my contract agreement, or at the time of signing I would have known they would black light the apartment when moving out. Other then that, I loved the coffee machine in the lobby, the girls who were there when we lived there were nice. I needed a copy of my lease agreement, and after 5 years they had no problem getting me my information. Yes, they are on the pricey side, but to me I feel like they accommodate for it.
