Leslie helped us with our move here and was so helpful! She answered every question we had promptly before move in and was able to give us all our request that we asked for such as a close garage, cleaning of the carpet when we moved In the next day because of a animal accident on the Capet we noticed and other things got fixed immediately that we unfortunately missed during the day of our walk threw . I was really happy that the plumbing issue was resolved the same day that our request was put in. I do appreciate that the plumbing issue was fixed; however, I rate it 4 stars instead of 5 because it took most of the day to get the plumber there. We had to take a bucket to the sink multiple times throughout the day to keep it from overflowing, which became more annoying when the plumber informed us that our backup was caused by the other neighbors connected to the same water line. The other reason for one star demote is because the plumber had some of the water leak from the machine he was using

I moved in here the month of August and so far I am very happy! The neighborhood is safe and quiet, not to mention so close to grocery stores, gas stations, the Greenwood mall, business plazas etc. And Commute to most places is great because we are located right near the highway! The maintenance team has responded to all of my concerns in a timely manner and the office staff is very helpful.

I’ve lived here almost 2 year’s. Maintenance has gotten better. I’ve never had any issues with the office staff. They have responded in a timely manner. My only issue is the outdated units. The amount you pay for them you might at well move into updated unit. The toilet runs. Dishwasher doesn’t clean the dishes. I’ve been washing my dishes since The first day I moved in. Also the hallways need attention. Paint, Rugs replaced. There is webs always at the entrance door. I’m trying to decide to renew my lease and move to an updated unit or just don’t renew my lease. 🤔

Keeneland Crest is truly a hidden gem in the Indianapolis area. With spacious 1x1s, a number of newly-renovated rooms, and quick access to the greater Greenwood and Indianapolis area, KC served as a safe place for myself and my partner for a year. Maintenance staff was always accommodating, quick to respond, and friendly in passing.
Rent and lease obligations were easily managed in the online Portal, which made payments easy. The complex, tucked away from the busy streets and located in a single-family residential area was quiet and welcoming. As I move on to new ventures, I am almost sad to leave

These are great apartments in a great area. The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to any issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others. A great place to call "home".The grounds and facilities are kept clean, sidewalks shoveled and salted during winter by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the car wash station.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I cannot say that enough. Before moving here I heard maintenance and office staff was a problem by a former resident but I shook it off. BIG MISTAKE. I fell in love with the upgraded apartment and the laminate flooring. What good is a nice looking apartment when there is horrendous office staff and maintenance. Not once but TWICE has toilet water flooded our apartment. The first time we shook it off because it was small and did not cause any damage: however, the second time resulted in the entire apartment (bathroom, hallway, entry, kitchen, living room, bedroom closet) to be

These have got to be the worst apartments.
There is only ONE office lady that is willing to help, the others are rude! It took them SIX MONTHS to get us a new washer and dryer! PLUMING is HORRIBLE. Clearly nobody knows how to fix a sink because ours keeps leaking! They don't try to fix it completely they just do what ever is easiest! When the people above us had their washer overflow the water started to leak into OUR apartment and they just came in with kiltz and sprayed the ceiling.. didnt check for any electrical damage.. our stove has PAINT chips coming off.. who paints the stove anyways

They simply pay the residents to write the good reviews. Maintenance team is rough- took 4 try's and an entire month to fix the oven. Go ahead and pay a professional cleaner to clean the apt upon moveout because they will charge $45.00 if a piece of dust is found on the stove. And the bill continues to rack up for each additional square inch that doesn't look brand new! 0/5 would recommend this place.

In the beginning living there was great and we really enjoyed the dog park and the amenities. I think some time early 2017 they switched management and it became THE. WORST. they literally lost the key to my apartment 3 times!!!! They asked me to drop my key off at the main office 3 different times to make a copy of my key. This. Is. Insane.
Their dog park and facilities were VERY POORLY managed and the garbage cans were cleaned out maybe

No call from Sabrina! Shocker! Not. But my daughter did receive notice that it will be yet another week before she gets a new washer & dryer and they were thankful for her patience. BS! She called and complained several times. I called for her as well. Our patience ran out a long time ago! They gave some lame excuse they ordered the appliances and received the wrong kind. Who does that?? Liars! They knocked $30 off rent for not having these appliances for 1 month. It's going on 3. It occurred to me...they pay water & sewer and if you don't have a washer, guess what???
