Hidden move out fees, unresolved noise complaints, and a failed promotional promise ruined my experience at Seville. I was told that I would be responsible for paying for a paint job upon moving out although it was not covered in my leasing contract . Seville defended it by suggesting they paint all the units after tenants move out which was not the case because my walls were riddled with scuffs and scratches and I even annotated said scratches on my inventory form prior to moving in.

On our second lease here and while it started out great, things have gone downhill. The lack of security in the parking garages is very apparent. Both me and my girlfriends cars were broken into. My window was smashed and management never even responded to me when I sent details.
Ironically my girlfriend got a new car and they decided to tow it on Christmas Eve because she didn’t email the new license plate(was not in a reserved spot). With us being out of town it’ll set us back about $700. No note on the car or anything like that, just complete lack of consideration.
So when it comes to

I am a resident here and have to compliment the maintenance team. Antonio especially has helped me on several occasions. He tackles any job with a true helpfulness, proficiency, and kindness.

Lived here in 2017 when IMT was managing it, and it was really great.
Don't know what it's like now, as there was a mgmt change when I moved out, but I will say that the soundproofing in this apartment was amazing. I did not hear a single peep from my neighbors during the entirety of my year and a half stay.

Edit: I'm leaving the review in it's entirety up as it adequately reflects my stay here. However, I want to point out that after posting this I was contacted by the property manager. Maintenance was sent out that day and several other issues were addressed by the property manager. She sat and listened to me, never tried to defend the actions of the complex, and assured me she'd do everything she could to make things right. I gave her a week and it seems like she's genuinely taken an interest in making the remainder of my stay better, short though it may be.
If the property continues to take care

I've lived here for five years and in this particular apartment for four years. The rent increases by 8-9% each year. Be ready for it. The location is great. The floor plans make sense. The pool and amenities are nice. This is billed as a luxury apartment complex and several issues don't live up to the $1500/month for a 1 bedroom that I rent:
1. CREA Management manages the property. They also don't answer the phone during business hours (or any other hours). Try their number: (512) 904-2250. If they don't answer, don't sign a lease. They're your last resource when

As a realtor this community is a great place to live. I have placed several clients in the community and they live the atmosphere and the sense of community spirit. Great value and walkability. Manager Christina is detailed and personable. Great place to live.

We have lived here for more than a year and have consistently found management to be a little rude and extremely unconcerned. On a positive note the complex is kept fairly clean but that’s where the positives stop. The furniture around the pool (what little is left) has been broken for the entire time we’ve lived here. Anytime you need to ask anyone in the office for ANY kind of help they act as if you are out of your mind and will not assist you. Security is a joke as well.

Moved into Seville last week and I am loving my living experience here! My unit is spacious with lots of natural light, thanks to the large windows and French doors. The property is well maintained (Shout out to Marco, Angel, and Roberto). And, the property is well managed (thanks to Christina). And, a BIG thanks to Ana who manages our property. She has been so responsive and accommodating for this new resident as I settle into a new apartment community in a new city. Hats off to Seville Uptown!

I never ever leave reviews. But I feel compelled to warn others who are looking for a new place in Dallas. I’ve lived here for 2 years and will be moving out once my lease is up in a few months.
- Management and office staff continually change. Current staff never answers the phone and when you leave a voicemail, they will never call you back. When I was trying to renew my lease last year, I had to call the office multiple times and hound them via email to send me my lease.
- There are approved Airbnb apartments throughout the complex. You can tell those apartments by the electronic key pad

Love this place! Great office staff always taking care of me and not to mention maintenance staff Marco was so polite and quick to fix any issues. Where in other places I've lived staff wasn't always so great with their customer service. You definitely should live here.

Recently moved in and it's been a pleasure living here. Ana and Maria have been super helpful. The place is quiet and clean. Parking is enforced. Gym and pool are great. Not sure what the negative comments about the new management are about. No apartment community is perfect. Follow the rules, pay your rent, and you'll be fine.

If you are looking to live here, DON'T! The buildings have no security and cars get broken into frequently (stoke to several neighbors and their cars got broken into as well). Management doesn't try to help or do anything about it - they just say "this is a bad neighborhood so it happens". We lived in ilume before coming to Seville which is just up the street and they have security guards all the time and nothing like this happened to us there. The building doors are also always damaged which allows anyone to access the building and garage with no problem. So I do not recommend

Excellent property! Beautiful with great amenities and location can't be beat. Leasing staff (Kristina?) really made me feel welcome and handled my walkthrough as a true professional.
Looking forward to being a long term tenant.

Been living at Seville Uptown for 9 months now and can't say enough about how much I enjoy it. The property is well managed and maintained. Whenever I've needed help, management has been quick with a response and resolution. Very friendly people. Who really do care about you.

I also really enjoy the upscale amenities, high ceilings, big windows, and updated interiors.
The pool is clean, looks nice and is a good place to meet people.

Don't hesitate to check it out!

I went to visit a friend and of course got lost (haha), but the staff in the office was so helpful! I walked into the leasing office and was greeted by Giovanni, who quickly and efficiently directed me to my friends apartment. I absolutely love the location of this community and will definitely be back in a few months when my lease is up! I am honestly surprised by the low scoring reviews of this place, my experience with the staff was great and can't wait to come back!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Since CREA has taken over managing this property everything has gone downhill. There have been crime and pest issues and the management team frankly just does not care enough and is not competent enough to address any of them. We have lived here for three years and it was not until CREA took over that we started having issues. There are thousands of apartments in Dallas, do not waste your time and money on this one!

Completely downhill since CREA took over... had $14k in damages done to my brand new car just this year. Management does nothing to make the parking garage safer to prevent collisions, even though they will openly admit that the garage is unsafe . We get constant emails about break-ins, maintenance takes months to fix issues, management will pay thousands to get new residents but do nothing to keep existing residents happy... lived here for nearly 4 years and this will be my last.

UPDATE- been 5 months since I've asked management to install cameras and mirrors in the garage. Nothing has

Lived here for two years. When it was managed for IMT, things ran very efficiently and the place was easy to call home. After a couple changes in management, things started to slip.

My particular building had construction happening on two sides, and they started EARLY - even on Saturdays.

While I feel like the buildings were built well (I rarely, if ever, heard my neighbors), there were some security concerns as my move-out date was approaching. Management did send out some communications about break-ins, but there were some small things I noticed as well. One of the doors to the main building
