Can I just say that the customer service there is tremendous! Full disclosure - I have never lived here, but was seriously considering it due to a change in circumstances. I can only attest to the amazing customer services as a potential renter. Rachael took me on a tour and followed up with me just about every month for the past few months to check-in on me to see when I might be able to move in. She answered all of my questions and went above and beyond by supplying extra photos, etc., If I ever need to move into an apartment this will be the place. Home-y apartments, convenient and fab people

My family moved here after selling our home. I haven't lived in an apartment in over a decade and didn't expect too much. Boy was I wrong! We absolutely love living here. The office staff always goes above and beyond. The maintenance staff is always so genuinely kind and helpful, no matter the situation. Above all, everyone here is very prompt and keeps all residents up to date accordingly. The view and green areas are beautiful and well kept. I just cant say enough great things about this place.

We’ve lived here for over 2 years and have never had issues. Our apartment faces lovely woods so our balcony is so peaceful. It’s very quiet, we genuinely hardly ever hear our neighbors. The maintenance staff is friendly and punctual the couple times we’ve had them out for minor things. The area is highly convenient with anything I need less than 5-10 min away. I recommend living here to anyone.

Unfortunately I have to agree with a few reviews posted on here. I would like to start with our most concern and that is, if you live on a second floor or a lower level, the squeakiness of the floors are just awful! You hear them day and night!! Just someone walking on them and you hear everything! I’ve asked the staff if there’s anything they could do about it and they’ve said the only time they could do something would be when residents move out, I’ve once again asked them to do something about it when I noticed residents were moving and they said if there will be something that needs

I would like to recognize the staff at Heritage Lake Apartments! After 11+ years of leasing at Heritage Lake I never once considered moving! The property manager Paige and Office manager Rachael are always helpful with any concerns that may arise! The maintenance crew are amazing and take care of anyway concern ASAP! They have made it feel like home and not just Apartment living! I look forward to leasing here for years to come!! Thank You Heritage Lake Staff!! You're Amazing!

Somewhat of a nice complex. however, the staff there are extremely uncaring and very rude. there is barely any parking there and very inconvenient when coming home late. not to mention that they always try and overcharge you for things that are, in reality, wayyy less expensive to fix. there are definitely way better apartment complexes to live in. the cost of rent is exceedingly high considering all of the issues that come along with living there. save yourself the money and time and go to a different apartment complex. highly disappointed.
