Apparently “ownership” has randomly decided to end my month to month lease and move a new tenant in! I have lived here for 2 years and my kids and I are not ready to move!! I am so disappointed! I personally think it’s the new management, blaming greystar the parent company. The office staff was so great when I moved in but not anymore!! (Megan-the manager-specifically*)

Natasha is amazing she has gone above and beyond in addressing my questions and concerns but most Important to me stays on top of things. Natasha's customer service is 5 Start without question I can ask for something as small As having the maintenance man turned down my AC or as big as to pick up the ball where previous management majorly dropped it And she always seems happy to help I have lived here since April of 2019 and she is the 1st person to work in the office that didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing her When asking for help

Why is it so hard to get in contact with corporate? Why is it that every time I cal in. I get Management, management is never able to direct me...nor are they ever able to give me answers. I've explain numerous of times that my name had been used years ago for their apartments. I have never lived there a day in my life. I've contacted receivables, I'm contacted greystar. I've sent emails. I've called numerous of times for six plus months and nothing. A manager confirmed that the information..my drivers license number didn't even match....and im getting absolutely nowhere..why?

I would not recommend this place, I’m glad to hear Rosa is not a person to deal with. When my family moved in we went through several leasing agents. It was obvious there were issues there with management. We had issues with maintenance, no parking, and vehicles getting towed. Extremely high electricity bills. Never paid late but somehow in their detailed reporting always showed rent was paid late. Will tell you they send you out a lease renewal, but can not show you proof of that email. Our main concern is submitting our letter to vacate, that was never found and reported my husband to the credit

Indigo staff is amazing! Kayla goes above and beyond in addressing your needs, questions / concerns and stays on top of things. Kayla's customer service is A+. Issac went above and beyond with installing two ceiling fans along with a light fixture that I purchased for the home. I would recommend Indigo to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

We are entering our 3rd month....with any type of business there are always challenges but I must say this has been great. Kitchen Sink was leaking and fixed within 24 hours, worked around our schedules and great communication.
A week ago our air-conditioning went down while we were at work and when we got home it was after the office closed and HOT. The day was a 113d day. This morning around 4:30 a.m., I walked over to the gym on sight. I walked in (door was not locked as it never is), and walked over to the light switch to turn the lights on and was started to find a man (a homeless man, I'm assuming) sleeping in the corner of the room behind the equipment. I asked him what he was doing there. He shushed me. I obviously left. I'm extremely irritated. There is no reason I should feel unsafe where I live. It doesn't seem as though the staff is taking any safety measures to prevent things like this from happening.

If there was a zero star rating, that's what I would give this community. Indigo was by far the worst apartment community I've ever lived in. Specifically unit 251. The grounds were nice enough, there is an attached garage, and the neighbors were usually nice, but the staff was/is awful. We were unable to see the unit before we moved in and were completely mislead as to the quality of the unit. Long story short, please beware before you sign a lease. Common utilities were different each month and from neighbor to neighbor, management wouldn't replace a broken microwave or stained

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! BREAK INS CONSTANTLY. Gate does not work so people come in when ever. Black truck seen scoping complex, many home and vehicle break ins. Right before we first moved in my husband had keys early and we found a lady had broke in and was standing in the apt. near the sliding glass door shooting up! Her bloody underwear was in the kitchen sink! He backed up and out of apt. after being shocked and told front office. The place had to be professionally cleaned. Not only this but the pool never gets taken care of any more. For how much you pay a month which is more than what you can

Update on this sham of a condo complex, as you can see my apt was in perfect order and the only thing I didn't have was a key for the property gates which I returned about a month and a half ago that they charged me fifty dollars for, I found it and returned it and still got nothing back. As you tenants already know its very noisy from the highway noise, but when you move in they don't tell you about the extremely loud noise from the race track across the street and the horrible smell from the train tracks a mile away. Every Time I think how I paid that dump over $1400 a month makes me

-Do NOT live on the bottom floor unless you are prepared to listen to your upstairs neighbors train elephants at all hours of the day.
-If you have to park anywhere aside from your garage or driveway, good luck finding a spot. Don't even think about parking on the side of the street. They are all considered no parking zones, and you WILL get a ticket.
The community is in a great location. I feel safe walking around at night without a male companion. I've had no real issues with other tenants aside from my upstairs

Sarah in the office is the best that you will ever find. She works to find a solution for any problem that might arise. I saw two bugs in the almost two years I lived there. Overall a very quiet community. When there was some issues with a few tenants, management worked to have them legally removed. Very easy access to I-10 and some great restaurants in the area. The only reason I moved was to have a dog park onsite otherwise I would not have left. The office staff at my new home has snotty attitudes. Sarah on the other hand is the nicest and most professional, genuine person you will ever meet

We moved in recently and are so happy we made the choice to live at Indigo. It's a wonderful, quiet community that I feel safe living in with my young son (and one on the way!) We are very proud of our home and love having family over. It's huge, spacious, open, and bright. The staff has been incredibly friendly, we love our neighbors, and couldn't be happier. It has a neighborhood feel vs an apartment feel, and we plan on being here for years to come.

We loved living at Indigo! Great location, quiet community and the grounds always look great! We literally never heard our neighbors, and its so nice actually having good appliances in an apartment. Sarah in the office is wonderful. She was a HUGE help before we moved in and her customer service continued to be top notch throughout our tenancy. The only reason we moved was because my job moved and was too far of a drive. We definitely recommend this place over and over!

I visited the indigo apartments last Sunday 17th to inquire about renting. Rosa was extremely unhelpful and made it apparent she didn't not want to work. I went in wth my mother that day and had to pry information out of here. She didn't tell us about amenities I had to ask about nearly everything. I asked to see the gym and she showed us the location but didn't let us in. She claimed the model homes were dirty so she couldn't show us what the apartments looked like. I was excited about possibly renting but rosa did not want to do her job.

After a recent transfer in jobs I regrettably had to move out of my Indigo apartment. Over the course of the past year that I lived in this apartment I can not speak highly enough about my living experience. I would like to extend a sincere thank you to the entire staff, office personnel, and maintenance crew who were always available and willing to help me with my needs, no matter how big or small.

This is the spot in 'Tukee' if you have to rent. It has a North Scottsdale feel. This is the first apartment I have found that truly is a 'Luxury Apartment.'
HUGE floor plans. Extensive upgrades. Garage, plus a bonus parking space. The neighborhood is excellent and everything is super close. Quiet and neatly kept property with fast response from maintenance. The girls in the office are always willing to accommodate and expedite any needed request.

Love living in this quiet community! The apartments are well designed and very spacious. The attached garages are number one for me! The management is reasonable on completing request in a timely manner. After looking at many many other places in the area for the space and the attached garage are worth it! I complained about the landscaping and was told they are hiring a new landscaper, when I asked for my bushes to be trimmed back it was done the next few days.

Visiting this property resulted in one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The property manager first attempted to charge me more than $300 more per month than other identical units, was rude and dismissive when I asked about it, and then made it clear that I was disrupting her work by attempting to find an alternative.
