Great location, private garages, well maintained grounds and nice unit layouts. I've moved way to much in the last few years, Peloton is on my short list of places I'll miss. Leasing staff has been great to work with.
If you're on a top floor looking over Burke Gillman, get a GOOD AC unit for summer. Other than that, no complaints!

I have lived in peloton 6 years and back then it used be under riverside apartments management.after new management took the place in 2016, it was horrible experience. I spent more than 1500k after living in the apartment for 6 years which includes wear tear of carpet and microwave oven. They won’t fix any issues with appliance and awful experience with management .. all the serene and beautiful environment that the community provides will Vanish with the stress and pressure that you handle with the management staff when you live there .. beware and stay away..

Being in the Northwest should give one that rest of living in a serene place amidst the evergreen trees alongside a brisk flowing river with otters, ducks, geese. Being at Peloton apartments by the river trail, one can walk, jog or bike. Though this is the location, it is the housing of Peloton-its apartments, the grounds and landscaping, management and maintenance that makes living at ease, safe and super comfortable allowing one to simply luxuriate in their home space or out on their porch. Maintenance is excellent-inside the apartments and outside. The floor plans and design is very nice, spacious

The apartment is decent. Older buildings but mostly well maintained. Overall great place to love unless you order things online. The company that owns this property doesn’t seem to like to keep the front office well staffed. It usually takes me 2-3 tries to get packages out of the office. I’m currently sitting and waiting to get some packages that have been in the office for a week now. It’s always closed.

New leasing staff is very bad. Maintenance folks are good. They will charge you high move out charges. They will charge you ridiculous fees on top of the security deposit. Leasing staff responds to your requests after 10 days. Not recommended. Much better options available.
Edit: copy paste response below from the leasing office. Till date no response has been provided to my emails to Peloton and allied residential.

Can't wait for my lease to end. I've been tempted to break it on many occasions.

Kids screaming outside at all hours of the day (as early as 8 AM and as late as 10 PM since daylight savings.) There's a park five minutes walking distance from the complex, along with tons of other nice parks in Redmond, but their parents let large groups of them treat the courtyards and sidewalks like their playground (screaming and kicking balls at the walls.)

Apartments smell gross, like mildew. My closet is right next to the bathroom, so all of my clothes smell like a gym bag. Even my hair smells

I lived here for 3 months during the summer and it was very nice. Next to the Samamish river with lots of evergreen trees so you felt like you were in a forest but yet a quick 10 minute walk to downtown Redmond. The leasing office was very responsive and good about accommodating my needs which I appreciated. A huge benefit is they do 3 month leases unlike a lot of places around Redmond. Granted you will have to pay a small premium for a shorter lease but that's only fair given the extra overhead required to administer a smaller lease. They also have a nice hot tub you can use! I would definitely

Good riddance! We could not be more relieved to have moved out early. We chose to break our lease early for several reasons. It became apparent that the units were remodeled using poor quality materials. These units are cheaply made and smell badly. We lived here a short time and they still charged us at move out. Dealing with the office was always stressful, the manager is very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. It may cost you a little more but, you'll be saving yourself in the end.

We were put up at the Peloton for corporate housing and we really loved it. The location next to the Sammamish River Trail is my absolute favorite part, as well as being next to that big grassy field, within walking distance of the library and grocery stores, etc. The front desk people are very helpful too, and maintenance is awesome. Definitely recommend.

Lived here in a 2BR/2bath for 14 months starting in 2017, and ending only because I bought a place.

I really enjoyed my time here. While the apartments are not as shiny and new as the recent taller buildings in downtown Redmond, they are comparatively spacious for the price and they are right by the Sammamish River Trail. Biking, jogging, walking, people watching -- it's all there.

I'd walk 10 minutes to West Lake Sammamish to take the 545 to downtown Seattle. The apartments are within easy walking distance of shops by that bus stop, and downtown Redmond. I used to enjoy walking

Please be aware this is not anymore riverstone peloton and now its bought by new owners Allied residential..All the good reviews wrote till 2016 is for the old fabulous leasing staff and community.I lived there for over five years and have enjoyed this community...Easy access to 545 bus stop, restaurants and Redmond downtown living, access to trails and its like home

In 2016 , the Allied residential bought this community and they were increasing the rent for current residents matching the current market price they lease..Started charging for the garage and car port, also levied additional security

My wife and I love Peloton. It's our favorite apartment complex in Redmond. So much so that we just moved back in! We lived in Peloton for two years before and it's time for round two! The location, price, and what's included can't be beat for downtown Redmond. This is probably one of the only complexes in downtown Redmond where you have free storage in your unit, free parking, and even walk in closets in the two bedroom!

Jaymie is who helped us move back in- she is amazing. We wanted to look at their one bedrooms, after showing us a one bedroom, she wanted to show us a two

Great location in downtown Redmond, loved living right on the river trail and there is easy access to the freeway. When we moved out, I received a notice that we had to pay a cleaning fee since we did not pay a deposit upon moving in, which is all fine, but they sent the cleaning bill directly to a debt collections agency instead of sending us the bill first - not cool! Please be aware of this upon moving out.

My wife and I moved to Peloton Apartments July 2016. The apartment was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, 981 sqr feet.
The apartment had new carpet and vinyl and had been freshly painted. Also the new full sized washer and dryer was a nice plus. We only stayed at Peloton for 5 months, but were very happy with the apartment and the location of the property.
The Property is located in downtown Redmond and borders the Sammamish river and bike/walking trail. In addition there are two parks that are at either end of the complex.
Its nice to be able to access the trail from one of the connecting trail

We almost rented there but back-off at the last minute. The apartment was nice but the ceiling is normal height and there is a lot of tree so, the light is not there. Even during summer, you need to open light inside. This was for an apartment on the first floor. Peloton is surrounded by trees which is nice but also by a more industrial road which erase the charm of the place. However, it's near of a bicycle trail and Town Center. For the price, there is better deal around.

I really wanted to write this review along back but things have been keeping me busy for a long while now. I was there short duration just a half year but loved living there. The staff Zach, Brittany, Robert and Ty are very friendly and helpful.

The complex is attractive and well maintained. It has clubhouse, nice little gym, pool, and hot tub. Office management is cheerful and happy to help when a need arises, and maintenance issues are handled quickly. Office management also arranges community events e.g. pool party, garage sales etc.

By the way, the location is amazing, right off the Sammamish

I love living here! The staff is the best ever. They are always helpful and kind. In my experience they go out of their way to make sure their tenants are happy. The rent is very reasonable for Redmond, which is an expensive town to live in. My teenage daughter and I feel safe here, the apartment is very nicely laid out for a 2 bedroom - 1 bath (bathroom in between the two bedrooms with two doors). The grounds are attractive and I use the common room in the clubhouse all the time. Nice little gym, pool, and hot tub.

I'm comparing this with two other apartment complexes in Redmond, where

Peloton is one of the finest and nicest place to live around this Beautiful Redmond. It's not one of those dingy, less ventilated and mold filled apartments that you typically find in the 148th and 156th Ave. Though appearing to be a little pricey, it fetches good value for money.
The Move outs are simple, you don't pay if you hand over the apartment in a decent condition. I didn't pay a dime. I knew some friends who also didn't pay when they moved out. If I ever come

We lived in Peloton for 4 years! This community has been home for us for the longest time. Laurie, the manager now, used to be the assistant mgr back then. She was always helpful, sincere and gracious all the time. The other leasing professional that was worth noting is Jennifer. She was very warm as well. The maintenance guys, Dan and Roy are equally respectful and prompt.
Just a warning, please don't deal with anyone in the leasing office aside from Laurie. We've had a lot of bad experience with her recent assistant. You better put everything into writing if it's not Laurie that

I lived in Peloton for 3 months and it was a wonderful experience. If it was not becuase I bought the house, I cannot find the reason to move.
Both Chelsea and Laurie were very friendly and helpful. They remember my name; always response quickly for emails. When I go to pick up packages, I can always expect warm greetings and smiles. I cannot forget Chelsea even helped me to carry the luggages from leasing office to my room using her own car on my first day when it rained heavily.
The location is great too. Quite, beautiful, well maintaied and close to everthing.
Actually I make the reservation

I really love living here! I only take the time to write about things I love and here I am writing about my apartments. I used to hate living in Apartments, but as I may have mentioned before, I really love living here. And, let me tell you why . . . it is quiet, peaceful, beautiful, modern, great location (right on the Sammamish river), reasonably priced, safe, clean, great maintenance, awesome office staff, extra sweet amenities, pet friendly (and I mean really pet friendly . . . the ladies in the office love my labs . . . hmmm maybe they'd pet sit :), walk to everything, convenient,
