Showings may be scheduled 7 days a week. Because the weekends are a busy showing time, scheduling a day or 2 in advance is recommended. A: Each person 18 years or older who will be living in the property must complete a separate application, including spouses. Adult dependents (18 years or older) of the applicants (excluding spouses) may complete the occupant only application.
You can mail checks, drop them off in the secure drop box outside our office door, or set up an auto draft for direct debit at no charge or online payments for a convenience fee. A: Rent received after the 5th of the month must be paid by certified funds (Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order) Additionally, you will incur a late fee, which is 5% of your monthly rent.

I agree with most of the reviews I've seen
Terrible experience renting from them
They won't fix things or make improvements
Very unpleasant to deal with
I'm waiting now for a check for my deposit back
They are keeping $$$ for lightbulb replacement
And a bit of other stupid stuff
I would advise not dealing with this bunch

I DID NOT request granite counters and hardwood floors
I asked that the cheap damaged kitchen floor be repaired
I stated that all townhouses in the area are much nicer
There is a huge gap between high end
Terrible experience renting from them

I'm so glad I found a property management company that isn't dreadful to deal with! I've had many negative experiences with past companies, and the prompt and friendly demeanor at HRW is why I'll never go anywhere else. I've had nothing but positive experiences and I'm so thankful they helped me find the perfect rental!!

I've been a tenant with HRW Realty for about 3 years now. I have been in apartments for about 8 years and HRW is by far the most responsive when it comes to maintenance. What surprises me the most is that when there is a maintenance request, they ask if there is anything else they can do while they are out there - always going above and beyond. They are professional and courteous.

11/2016- Would not recommend, especially as I sit here with no hot water to shower with in the cold weather and have to take a day off of work to get them to replace my water heater. Apparently, I should be unconvinced to have to get a hotel because instead of just getting a replacement and be done with they are telling me they have to get a special water heater from a special place that apparently isn't open weekends. Anyhow total bs and do they give a care about how it effects the renter? Absolutely not!- follow up they did finally get the water heater replaced after 4 days of not having hot

Run if you see a property listed by HRW Realty because if you don't you will encounter her. And trust me..you will regret it. I'm talking about Lisa Holmes. She is the coldest human(not sure) being I have ever encountered. Plus she and her "realty group" will find ways to leech every last $1 you own. So many horror stories but I don't have enough time to write them all. Just do yourself a favor and read all the other posts and stay away. I wish I had.

I am just finishing a 3 year lease through HRW. It has been a wonderful experience. Over the last years I never had a problem or complaint. Maintenance requests were dealt with in a timely manner and questions were quickly answered. Lisa and Robert Holmes are professional and have been very accommodating in negotiating my departure date. I highly recommend HRW Realty!

Repairs took forever, were performed at inconvenient times, and then totally half-done. I lived with broken stuff the entire time I lived there, despite calls, more calls, emails, and visits.
If you rent with HRW, you will probably get a a really nice condo, like I did, but you will constantly be annoyed with how hard it is to get anything done. Because of how poorly I was treated, in particular, by Lisa
