Services
Never straying from its principles to create fruit-forward, varietally correct wines, Waterbrook has been a pioneer of Washington winemaking since 1984. In the early 1980s, a handful of visionaries set out to realize the potential of Walla Walla as a winemaking force. Waterbrook founders set up the town's fourth bonded winery in 1984, and in the process fostered a culture of camaraderie among fellow Walla Walla winemakers, growers and friends.
Located in the northeastern corner of the Walla Walla Valley AVA, our namesake 49-acre vineyard was planted in 2009 and provides the winery with several high quality varietal selections. The Columbia Valley is a winemaker's dream, with low rainfall and long sunny days during the peak of summer.

When paired with the diurnal shift-hot days and long, cool nights-the result is concentrated and well-pronounced flavor that locks in perfectly balanced acidity. This largest and most diverse viticultural region in Washington state offers a full artists' palette for our winemaking team.
Established, trusted and highly acclaimed year after year, the Waterbrook winemaking philosophy underscores fruit-forward, varietally correct wines at an exceptional value. Raised in Napa Valley, California, John Freeman began a lifelong wine career with seven years at Franciscan Vineyards and five years as cellar master at Miner Family.
At Waterbrook, we understand the importance of preserving Mother Earth as well as listening to our consumers. Director of Vineyards Operations, Dustin Tobin and Vineyard Manager, Brittany Komm are responsible for overseeing Waterbrook's sustainability programs. Sustainability is of huge importance to us, especially in the vineyards.
Our collection of wines are true to varietal, food friendly and deliver uncompromising quality. Enjoy Waterbrook wines at home, in fine restaurants, or at our destination tasting room in Walla Walla, Washington. These limited production wines offer the best of the best from vineyard sources to barrels.

Tried a stop at waterbrook winery during our stay at Walla Walla. Their voice message stated they were open and the online reservation allowed us to schedule. I even received two email reminders. We drove several miles out of town to the winery and there’s a closed sign taped to the door.
It only takes a minute to change a voice message and online reservation app.

We arrived (party of 4) with a reservation. We were seated and served water. We waited and finally made an order for wine flights and charcuterie . We waited 57 minutes and watched other people , who arrived after us, being served wine flights and food. We were told it was coming and nothing appeared. We got up and left and told the man in the tasting room that we never received our order . Another couple came in and heard us and said they weren’t staying and left. We were very disappointed and also disappointed that the wait help wasn’t on top of the order of things. We will not recommend

Great place to have wine and a meal. Beautiful surroundings to sit, relax with a glass of wine. They don't take away the tasting fee if you buy bottles of wine but the pours are 3 oz, four wines. They serve food that looked amazing.

We enjoyed our time with Megan and all the delicious wine we tastes. Brunch choices were limited but the biscuits and gravy were good enough. Beautiful grounds to look at.

Nice place, beautiful scenic views, nice people and good service but the wines are sub par to say the least. I did the combo flight and none were good; the dolcetto was drinkable. The rose had a dish soap after taste. Recommend avoiding.

First, I would I would like to give you a little back ground. We have been wine club members with the sister winery Ste Chapelle for 17 years. We started going to Waterbrook about 6-7 years ago and never had a problem.
The first day we went in all was perfect. We ordered a bottle of wine and the cheese board, which is always our go to. Before we left we made another reservation for the 4th at noon. We arrived ordered our bottle of wine and the cheese board. When the cheese board arrived I thought it was a joke but no the server said they had changed things and it was about ¼ the normal size.

Darren was great host to us, kindness and information! Beautiful property if you only have half a day, come to this one with restaurant and tasting all in gorgeous room. Our teenage kids had a nice time too. We ordered Chef's Board $16 and a flight of wine to share . See the wine menu attached.

The reviews for this place from our wine group were mixed. We had a full meal here that we made reservations for. It was very good across the board. Between the hamburger and the tacos. The scenery as well was very beautiful. Reminded us of a Napa winery that is very opulent and well manicured. They have the nice pond and bacci ball.
The wine is where things got a bit iffy. We had a tasting of 5 or 6, I forget exactly. We had one member of our group really enjoy the Chenin Blanc that was poured first while the rest of us poured ours. Then every other wine that came for our group of 8 got poured
