I am not usually the type to leave a review, but the service and help I received from the staff at the leasing office was impeccable. I was instantly greeted by Sarah and she proceeded to walk me through the entire process, answering all of the questions I had while maintaining an extremely kind and upbeat attitude.
The property is very nice but could use a few updates. The biggest selling point for me would be Sarah 100%, every apartment complex should have one, she is incredible!!

We moved in less than a month ago and have had nothing but problems with the management company and the property in general. Limited available hours, no one returns phone messages EVER, they will not respond on social media, they close service requests for no reason and offer no explanation, they do not do work they are legally obligated to do, and every interaction I've had with staff so far has been unpleasant.
The day we moved in 2 residents nearly got in a fist fight in front of our moving van and our children. Screaming obscenities for the whole complex to hear.

From the moment I walked in Sarah greeted me w a smile that brightened my day ! I was so angry w my husband and she just took my mind off of it. It was like talking to a friend. She made me feel like I was a actual human and not just another puppy in a puppy mill. You can just tell she genuinely loves her job.Just moved in six months ago and my favorite is the attentiveness of the staff!

I lived 5 years in those apartments, my contract expires in July. Well, I had a problem with an apartment above # 227 and I called myself several times at the office reporting it and they never helped me. I had to leave before my contract .. now they send me an email charging me for everything and when I ask them for help they never do. They are lazy people. ok another thing I had a friend who wanted to rent there he went to the office and they treated him badly they told him that there is no apartment available but if they have they do not want to give him they are very rude. I do not recommend

The Falls is an Amazing property! I've been here 4 months now and I haven't had any problems. No pest or rodents. The noise level is typical because of the Convenient location.The grounds are well kept, the staff is amazing, and maintenance is Always available and prompt. I haven't had a chance to visit amenities, but the staff has taken safety measures to ensure the safety of residents and themselves during the pandemic.

Roaches are infesting my home no matter how much I spray, and I'm a clean person. Management contacted me to let me know that pest control comes every Tuesday and said that if I'm having issues with infestation, they can add me to a list to have pest extermination. I adjusted my review for their quick desire to help and will adjust it further when I see progress.
The ceilings in my apartment are extremely thin and the noise from the upstairs neighbors is excessive. I hear the upstairs neighbors' every step. The noise level is very stressful if you're a person like me who desires peace and quiet

Best Appartments ever. We lived here for 4 years and it was the best experience that we could ever have. Patricia the manager she is The BEST!!!! Always helpful, kind, welcoming, respectful and with a smile in her face. My kids adore her. The management keeps the pool and public areas always clean, I never heard of any robbery or anything like it. Everytime that something need it to be fix they always respond fast. We will always keep Patricia in our hearts and the experience in our memories and pictures.

Love this place! I have lived in many apartments all across Houston and this so far has been my favorite. I love the staff, Patricia is the BEST, the maintenance is always done ASAP, love my view (see pic from the fall), my neighbors are great. Very reasonably priced for the Woodlands. Yes, parking is limited unless you pay for a space but I’ve never lived in a complex that wasn’t exactly the same way. Land is a premium and I would rather have a larger apartment and more living and green space than have a giant concrete lot in front of the building. I’ve only ever had one roach and it was
