I think I've left a positive review before - consider this an edit to that. I am trapped in a hellish living situation as a result of a next-door neighbor, and the office has done absolutely nothing that's actually helpful to help me, other than a few fake gestures that obviously would just make things even more inconvenient. They don't care about tenants, only about tenants' money. Unfortunately, I guess that isn't surprising.
On the positive side, the grounds are pretty, the pool is nice, and the apartments are nice though full of little maintenance issues here and there. Germania at the leasing

For some reason now they are going to peoples vehicles to put a sticker on as a warning to get towed because you’re backing into a parking spot and they do this in the middle of the night when nobody can defend they’re property I for one pay more than 1500 in rent for them to tell me how to park my property and for them to show up in the middle of the night and this is just plain wrong

It should have been a warning sign when we moved in and the little, old lady downstairs was moving out and had nothing good to say. We moved in, did our “move in concerns/maintenance problems” paperwork…and none of it was fixed. With the exception of my window pane (pane! Not screen!) that fell out in my hands!!! And even that was only because we happened to walk by a maintenance guy who was being extra friendly and helpful. There is another window that if you’re not careful when you close it, the pane will fall out as well. Maintenance takes about two weeks (if they’re fast) to get to

Best Community ever! My family and I have lived in a couple of communities since we came down from up north. This is by far the best one we have lived in for the past 11 plus years. Yadira,Vanessa, and Frank are tremendously exceptional when it comes to customer service. They go above and beyond to meet your needs, as well as any major concerns you might have. I totally disagree with some of the negative remarks made on these posts, however everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Every service request we've put in has been met in a timely manner by their wonderful staff. We would live here for

So far so good. We waited a few months before giving this apartment complex a review and this is how we feel about... The place is beautiful, floorplan, pools, main areas etc... but the most important to us is the people and how we feel after interacting with the staff. Frank was our leasing agent and of course he was super nice but even after a few months everyone in the office continues to be courteous and helpful.

I have lived in Osprey links' for over 10 years now I love it . The location in the heart of Hunters Creek the pool is like a resort atmosphere with Grill and kiddy pool triple lounge chairs and umbrellas. … we live on the golf course we love our beautiful walks around the lake with fountains we live in the heart of Hunters Creek near Gators Publix Walgreens CVS Miller Ale House sushi restaurants Taco Bell has always been a convenience for us. AND the employees and maintenance are always a pleasure to visit when in the osprey links' office. able to login computers and printers I truly love

I have lived here for 3 years now and it's been great! There has been some major renovations to the appearance in the last year. The staff has always been very helpful when something needed to get done or if I had an issue. I can only recall two times that I have heard my neighbor from inside my apartment. Anyone who is looking for an awesome apartment complex in a terrific neighborhood should check out osprey links at hunters creek.

Would give no stars if able. I have lived in 8 different complexes and this is the absolute worst one. No communication whatsoever from staff. Had an issue with my shower the first month I lived here, took them two and a half weeks to fix it. Once again, no communication. The water pipe burst (uncontrollable, I understand) but lack of… communication again. Had to boil water for two weeks and no reimbursement. Roommates car was broken into a couple of months ago and then we were burglarized last week. They stole $4,000 worth of jewelry between my roommate and I. Therefore, tried to get out
