Lived here for 6 happy months while shopping for a home. I lived in a second floor unit and did not have any scorpion problems. It is very quiet and private. Any maintenance requests get taken care of within 2 days. There was always parking. It is generally very clean, other than neighbors who don’t pick up their pet’s business. However, it is very unlikely to get your deposit back. Overall would definitely recommend!

Do not recommend! I only lived here 5 months and that was because my sons father was already living here when we started dating. I got stung by a scorpion at 4 and a half months pregnant. And after our son was born we had to do “scorpion checks” every night to minimize the risk of our baby getting stung. They came to “spray” but honestly it does not help. There is obviously a nest somewhere in the building that they aren’t clearing up. This is a picture of traps we had by our door. 2 were from the middle of the year. The other two were from these past couple of weeks. Our lease ended

I REGRET living here. Be warned there is an INFESTATION OF SCORPIONS. Been here since March and have had SEVEN. Do not recommend do not move here based on that alone. I wish I could get out of my lease and am considering losing the deposit because the scorpion issue is outrageous. Pest control comes and sprays and if doesn’t do anything. Even asked my second floor neighbors and they have them as well. Ridiculous

Would not recommend anybody to live in these apartments. We have been complaining about how much noise the neighbors make and the administration seems not to care at all. We have not been able to sleep well cause the neighbors make so much nice at 1, 3, 5 am. Please leave this as your very last option if you are looking for an apartment.

Our experience here was not the best. For starters the apartments do not have connections for high speed Internet. They are still on DSL. The second downfall is that there are scorpions. In the apartment we rented we had scorpions left and right inside. In one occasion a scorpion stung my girlfriend in bed. Ridiculous that there are any to begin with. We also had a case of bees being inside the home. We had them all over the window inside the apartment. The only helpful staff there are Lizette and Danielle. They are the ONLY front staff that are helpful and get things done. Maintenance workers

I enjoy living in this residence. Danielle is a tremendous help with ensuring everything is fully operational. I'm always notified when packages arrive and she makes sure they are secure, in the event they are left outside. The communication between the office and maintenance team is impressive, as things are addressed and fixed right away. The grounds are well maintained and I'm happy to call this place my home! Keep up the awesome work Danielle and team!

Moving cross the country canbe extremely stressful. las ventanas the one and only place we stopped in and automatically fell in love. Michelle was the leader that took care of us and she is outstanding. very professional and was able to move us in on the timeline that we needed. we have lived here for about 4 years and have nothing but good experiences.

As a young adult, choosing to be a resident at Las Ventanas has been a perfect decision for me. The staff is friendly and they are constantly on the ball with everything you need. Hospitality, overall appearance, and affordability gets 5 stars! Plus your dogs get treats every time they walk into the front office!! Highly recommend to family and friends!

I would say this place is well priced. Not sure if they raised prices recently but I was very pleased with renting there. Best deal on rent I have ever got for an apartment. Yes they had a scorpion problem for 2 months. But they took their residents very seriously and got it taken care of, not something alot of complexes do. Maintenance staff is very kind and always say hello. Move out? Super easy! Not a place trying to steal your deposit and charge you for every tiny dirt mark they find. Still the best experience I have had with apartments.

My wife and I rate this place a solid 3.

If you live on a first floor, then the neighbors above you might not be walking with heavy steps, but the floorboards are weak and will disrupt you.
If a neighbor is playing music loudly it is possible to hear, especially at night.
Some people complain about scorpions, but I haven't seen any. Maybe because I live on a second floor, I've only seen it downstairs at my neighbors.

This property was Infested with too many roaches, scissor insects and what not. They have a service that will spray your apartment weekly, but they kill absolutely nothing, and it's an invasion of privacy for nothing. When we needed shorten our lease and leave in good terms they wouldn't help, cz they help no one, instead we got evicted for being… few days late with our rent, and first time too.. I don't recommend this place at all! Also, if you don't have a dog, this property will not suit you if barking all night long and early morning keeps you up. So this is one of those properties that
