I sat and watched this man do nothing but put a sugar scrub on my feet & then paint them. I asked for a pedicure and to have ingrown nails cut out. He said he didn't see any ingrown nail so basically I'm still in pain. I then asked for dip which I looked around and everyone was being treated really good but my nail tech had this nasty attitude for no reason. The vibe was so bad that I wanted to just walk out. She left the dust from the filing all over my hands and arms, didn't bother to oil my cuticles or anything. Becareful using these people

I used to LOVE it here, the previous managers had excellent customer service and always went above to make sure customers were happy. The new manager makes rude comments, his wife gets upset w him often and her anger makes it awkward. Many times she will not say hello but sits and does your nails. My mom does not live in the area but we enjoyed spending this time together. The manager told her to hurry and chose a color and the tech rolled her eyes at her more than once. The tech also cut her nails when she asked her not to and ignored her when she told her she didn’t like the color. We are paying

It is always a great experience at Picasso. I love their professionalism and service. Everyone I have worked with so far at this nail salon have been extremely sweet to me and ensured that I am 100% satisfied with the results. I strongly recommend this salon.

Management- front Customerservice is terrible. If you don't request someone by name when making appointments you really don't have appointment. Had an appointment- got pedicure but was still no nails. Asked the front gentleman how much longer before they would start my nails after being there an hour. He ignored me and walked away. Came back 20 minutes later and told me to move to a table so they could do my nails and I told him no I wasn't waiting. Ad he told me again to move to a table and seemed frustrated that I wasn't staying. He would not look me in the eye or apologize

My experience here was terrible. The lady who did my nails was incredibly rude and looked very mad every time I responded to her "is it okay?" questions with any suggestions. She would visibly be rough with me and even went as far as tossing my arms to show me the designs. She was also very rough when removing the file dust from my hands and literally beating my hands with the brush. She was also yelling at some point in a language I did not understand and I had to speak up because I could not take it anymore. I wanted them to let me come back and fix the nails but I did not want to willingly subject

Went to this location today for a quick pedicure with my friend. Pedicure was fine but my nail polish after 3 hours was still completely wet. Did not dry at all. I had to remove it and repaint myself. I called and the male employee told me that I needed to come back to get new polish done and he wanted to see it. I explained that was not possible given it was 6pm and I lived up in Melissa and I could sent him a picture but wanted a partial refund. He completely ignored my request not listening and kept repeating himself. I asked for the managers name so I could call tomorrow and speak to them.

So, I really enjoyed my pedicure by Sam.... Great job! The issue I have had the two times I was there Is with husband/ wife couple that manage it...... I didn't appreciate him practically breathing down my neck.... " you pick color yet?", and when I did, I was escorted to the chair and sat for 10 minutes waiting for the techs to come.No one bothered to fill the water to begin the soaking process.....I just sat with feet in the empty bowl for 10 min , then the wife came and began the process of removing Nexgen from fingers with little explanation. I went there yesterday to get my dip nails removed and Kathy was the lady who worked on my nails... and it couldn't have been worse.I still have glue left on a lots of places on my nails and on some places it feels that she has filed it more than required... I had to cut my nails real short after I came back from the nail spa because they were hurting and were really fragile due to excess filing.

Dropped in for a basic Mani Pedi came out with crooked big toenails.
I'd removed my old dip polish before coming and couldn't get all the glue off and I told the lady
She filled it down and wiped them with alcohol.
Now that I have left and look at them in natural light you can still see the glue they just painted over
I'm so sick of my nails being done in rush by someone I can't communicate with.
If you use them watch them carefully. No base coat. Didn't fully remove prior polish and didn't get my big toenails straight.

This nail shop was very accommodating when needed to be worked in the same day. Treatment of the whole staff was attentive and caring. Everyone was so nice there. I selected the Luxury Pedicure and the reason for the 4 stars is because I believe it could of been better. Tech seemed way too gentle with callus treatment and did not feel a change. Polish wasn't applied on evenly. Will give the salon another try with a different tech.

This review is for lashes and nails. I started going to Picasso for lashes with Mai. I don't even know where to begin about Mai. She is an amazing lash artist. I drive all the way from Lower Greenville to Frisco every 2-3 weeks to see her. Since I was driving 35 min each way I usually pair lash service with manicure and pedicure. Takes about 45-60min for nails and an hour for lash fill. The pluses about this place

I would definitely come back and refer all my friends and family about this place. From start to finish, everyone was very friendly and professional. They were very attentive and greeted me right when I walked through the door. They did not make me wait long at all ,and I'm sure even if I needed to wait, they would have been very attentive and kept me updated on how much longer it would take. They took me straight to the back to get my lashes done and before everything, they asked me if I wanted anything to drink. They told me how long it would take and it did not take longer than the time

Best nail salon in Frisco! I have been to this salon multiple times within the past year and never had a problem or bad experience. Also, their COVID-19 safety measures are top notch! If you're looking for a new nail salon, make sure to try out Picasso of Main because this salon is a 10/10.

I've been going to Picasso for quite some time and have had nothing but great experiences. Along with the quality of their services, the staff is friendly and very personable. As most people are, I was slightly nervous to start booking services since COVID. When I arrived my mind was immediately put to ease. The staff is taking CDC guidelines very seriously to ensure their customers safety. Guests are generously spaced apart, all staff and guests are wearing masks and they are disinfecting areas as required. So glad I went today!

Love, love, love....top notch! Always leave feeling relaxed and pampered. Many choices for pedicure options....leg and foot massages are so nice! Did I mention the schnazy drinks they serve? Upscale, friendly staff, super clean and luxurious, excellent manicure and pedicures for every occasion and need....this place is a great escape!!

I've been here before for regular mani and pedis but I went two days ago for a dip manicure. I'm really disappointed with their quality. He kept cutting my cuticles and i kept telling him he was hurting me. He kept insisting "I'm not hurting you. You are not bleeding and your cuticles are not bleeding". I said it like 4-5 times and he kept accusing me of lying. That was frustrating since you can clearly see the scabs and bleeding on my cuticles two days later-- I told him I can FEEL my own hands.
