I used to love it here but the new gva management is terrible gates have been broken for months (before they came in but almost two months of new mngmt and no changes) no idea how much rent is due this month or last month because nothing is being updated in the payment portal nobody is answering the phones nobody is in the office no sign or voicemail to say they won’t be here another friend has no ac for a couple days with no help from mngmt so many cars are getting broken into because of the gates one persons jeep was stolen all in all no help from mngmt or even response when you do call and

I lived here for 3 years and my experience was great. I felt safe, location is great and where i lived parking was no issue. Anytime i had a request it was fixed right away. Apartments are nice and are always kepted up with. Gym could use a little help and pools are great as well. Thank you stoneleigh for making these apts my home for 3 years.

I'm a fairly new resident. I have been here 3 months. I moved in on March 2021. I really really love it here. The management/staff are wonderful, friendly and professional. If I need to request a work order on something, it's done quick! that's a first for me. At the old building where I lived before they would wait 3 months to 6 months to fix something or not at all. Stoneleigh is clean and very professional. Thank you Stoneleigh staff for all you do. I appreciate your hard work!

I lived here for two years and enjoyed my time. Yes, the apartments are on the more expensive side when compared to other apartments in Corpus for the size that you're getting. However, I always felt safe here living alone. The staff were great, especially the maintenance team! Whenever I had an issue, they came and fixed it right away. I lived on the side across the street from the main office, so I didn't have trouble with parking like some of the other reviewers did. I'd say the gates worked about 85% of the time on that side too.

I’ve only been living here for a short amount of time. However, I do enjoy and love Stoneleigh. Coming from a horrible experience in an apartment in Corpus Christi, this place is both affordable and comfortable. It’s secluded yet convenient and close to everything. My apartment is clean and everything works the way it should. Yes, parking can be difficult and depending on who you live under or who’s your neighbor, the walls may be thin enough to hear through. But the pros outweigh the cons and that’s what you get when living in an apartment.

I have been living at Stoneleigh for nearly 6 months now. I have not had a single problem with living here. The office staff is helpful, the property is kept clean and the only time I have submitted a maintenance request it was completed the same day. It is a beautiful property with a working gate and a beautiful pool. The gym equipment could be better though.

Move here if you want to move into a place where nothing works and nothing ever gets fixed. More often than not, the only parking you'll find is parking you have to pay for, and if you don't live in an easily accessible building, they might con you into buying a gate opener. The old management company was terrible, the new one is mildly better. Save your money for a tent and space heater. It's more convenient, cheaper, and less noisy.
