Services
Yes, an Occupancy Agreement is a legal contract between each member and Heron Court Cooperative Homes. It is a standard form approved by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) that documents the rights and responsibilities of the interested parties. Occupancy Agreements are automatically renewed unless terminated by the member or the Board of Directors in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
