Worst experience looking for a new home. Said multiple times that I'm looking for a 2 bed room asap. Never answered the phone when I called. Went for a private tour of a home and Erin who was supposed to help me never did. I waited half an hour and no answer. Then I get a call back to come at 3:30 I understand things happen so I decided to come back but yet same thing happen. Waited and waited no one answer the phone. When I went inside the employees were just sitting there laughing and gossiping ignoring the fact that I'm outside. Overall I would never recommend their help to anyone looking for

I seriously don't like the way how leasing office work with the mailing system. I had a package delivered at leasing by ups & when I went to the leasing office to collect my package, one of the staff asked me if I got the message from them, when I said no, immediately they said they don't have the package. But the ups tracking was showing it as delivered. Today when I tracked it. It says the package was denied by the receiver & it is shipped to the sender. I still don't understand what's the big deal to go & check the package if I still did not get message.

Overall I would say overpriced for what you get. The utilities are shared, so even if you don’t use much water you get charged the same as everyone. They definitely nickel and dime you on every little fee. We got charged $80 for “paint touch ups,” which basically was painting over nail holes which we had puttied. Although I really liked the diversity here, there was definitely a strong smell of curry everywhere. Overall I think there are better options for the money.

Polo Club @ West Des Moines is "a great place to call "home". The entire staff (Trista the Property Manager, Shelly and Debbie) always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs and are quick to attend to any problems that arise.
The maintenance staff (Gilbert and Thomas) are the most trust worthy and will always go out of their way to assist.
The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. I live with my family here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks and everything you need is just 2 minutes away.

My fiance and I moved here a month ago and have LOVED our apartment thus far. The two bedrooms are spacious and the apartment itself is very cozy. The grounds are kept clean and the staff is quick to act if a request is made. I am very happy we moved from our previous apartment. Also, CANNOT beat this location!

Been here for over 2 years. The location is great. There are lot of local stores and restaurants nearby and the Jordan creek trail runs right next to the property. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Maintenance is great. In fact all my maintenance issues were resolved within 24 hrs. I love Polo Club.

Nice apartments for the price. The management did help us move to a different apartment when we found the 1 one we had leased did not get any sun light. They updated the appliances too.
Management can be little sticky with rules. But they make you aware of them beforehand.
Overall a pleasant experience.

The place that I rented was the second floor unit off the sides, and I'd say that would be probably the best place to live if you like your personal space.
Management was extremely pleasant, and they were very accommodating to my unusual schedule.
Communication: Always within the business day if possible. They had concise answers for general information and were able to work with special requests regarding moving in larger packaging being delivered.
Maintenance Requests: Every request has been followed up on immediately. Diligent facilities staff!
