The cockroaches are more friendly than the local homeless. Free detailing of your car is almost promised in this area. The maintenance team is never late since they never show up

I DO NOT recommend living here. Lived here for a year and had so many issues. We never got our fridge/freezer fixed after requesting help multiple times. We were also over charged in rent for multiple months in a row and then the office tried to cover it up.

My experience with Palmetto Creek Townhomes was second-rate and downright deplorable. My expectations prior to moving in were optimistic, but nothing could prepare me for the abysmal experience upon move-in. The condition of the home was nauseating because of the cockroaches, mold, and overall damage to the property. Furthermore, safety was a huge concern as my personal vehicle was broken into on the first night of move-in and multiple times thereafter. I would have experienced more cleanliness, personal safety, and professionalism at a North Korea POW camp. I advise any and everyone to never move

Palmetto Creek Townhomes are gross and dangerous. Before even moving in, we had to get moved to a new unit because the water pipes burst in the unit next to us and flooded it. The new place we got moved to had broken counters, missing doors, and brown mold in the kitchen. One of the kitchen cabinets was rotting off and there were dead bugs everywhere. They never even cleaned it. We reported all of this before we even moved in and nothing was ever fixed. We hear gunshots a night frequently and my car was stolen. A woman on apartments.com reported being attacked by a homeless man on her patio. They

This is by far the worst place I ever rented from. I lived here when it was Pepper hill Townhomes and loved it, but moved out of town. When I came back to the Charleston area, my fiancé and I moved to Palmetto Creek. Within a month of us moving in, there was an air conditioning leak. We had to threaten to call corporate and waited almost six months before that was solved. In actuality that wasn’t even fixed properly. The manager was never there any time you call. Now that we have moved out we still have problems. I’ve called to have my deposit sent to me. We moved out 5 months ago and still

So there are many really nice reviews here of the community. I just wish my experience was great. I recently moved looking for more space. My partner and I thought we found a gem in this place but we were wrong.
So many promises, no follow through. We moved in on 5/21. And noticed quite a few things that needed to be fixed. Of course we were willing to work with the leasing office to get it done. So of the issues we found the two most prevalent were water damage in the downstairs kitchen and bathroom and an issue with the ac.
We reported it on 5/21 on our move in sheet and gave the information

This place is absolutely amazing. We just moved in 2 weeks ago from Kentucky but we couldn’t imagine starting over anywhere else. Very friendly, the apartments are spacious and clean. The neighborhood is perfect! Definitely 5 stars!

I loving with 2 roommates, I moved out and had both of them sign off saying I was being taken off the lease. The moved out not long after. I now have a debt of $5,000 on my credit when I didn't owe a single penny. I went and talked to the office and they told me"there is no proof that you were taken off the lease." One of the ladies in the office remembers me bringing that note in with my roommates, signature and vocal proof of wanting me off the lease. They are ruining my credit and won't take this charge off.

He gave a very informative tour, explaining all our options and made it truly a fun experience! He had many local recommendations from food to fun!
