Moon & Back Bakery is an online raw vegan bakery. All of our treats are made by transforming simple ingredients into gourmet treats. Made from scratch in small batches, and made using only all natural and organic ingredients. Our treats look and taste like the very best traditionally made treats but contain no dairy, no eggs, no trans fats, no hydrogenated oils, no cholesterol, and no refined sugar.

Services
All of our ingredients are certified organic. However we are in the beginning stages of having our products certified by the USDA and Oregon Tilth. Our products our made with certified gluten free oat flour from a certified gluten free oat flour vendor. However, our kitchen is not certified gluten free so there is always the rare possibility of cross contamination.
