I love Nuflours! Everything is good, but I especially like their variety of brownies, raspberry bar, cinnamon rolls, and quiche. The ingredients are clearly identified, so it's easy to choose non-dairy or vegan, in addition to gluten free. I get their goodies delivered at least twice a month.

I don't know how I lived in seattle area gluten free for 5 years and didn't know about this here gem. I got their cinnamon roll, cardomom muffin and a donut so far. All hit the spot for a morning pastry with coffee. Donut consistency wasn't my preferred style- I prefer a dry firm donut like old fashioned- but that is just personal preference. If you are into really cakey moist donut, it was just that and full of flavor. All their pastries are sweet works of art. I am excited to try their breads and pizza doughs!!

I have been gluten free and dairy free for years and I bake a lot at home. I was disappointed, chocolate chip cookie was good and excellent texture but I couldn't finish the vanilla/lemon donut - it was way too sweet and hardly taste like anything but sugar. They were also out of bread which was my primary purpose for a visit.

Astoundingly good, definitely some of the best gluten-free baked goods I've had in anywhere in the world. I don't know how they do it, but their pastry Is the light, tender and flaky. I have to particularly recommend the savory hand pies and the cinnamon rolls, But everything I've had there has been fantastic.

I’m so grateful that Nuflours offers gluten-free, vegan treats. However, every treat I’ve had there over the years has been deeply disappointing. Most recently, I had an oatmeal coconut “yoyo” sandwich cookie. There is no other descriptor for it but disgusting. I tried to take a bite, and I literally couldn’t because it was SO hard. I took the top cookie off, dipped it in my tea, and it was still SO hard. I then tried the frosting on its own, and it was also HARD! It was frosting! AND, it tasted terrible. It wasn’t sweet at all, and tasted and felt like it was purely Crisco. I couldn’t

My husband is allergic to both gluten and dairy, so while we visited Seattle I made a special trip here for baked goods for him. I got him muffins, a chocolate chip cookie and two donuts that I was told were both GF and DF … yet they all weren’t :(. He reacted immediately. It was NOT good.
If you’re going to have diary free items they should truly be dairy free and I assure you given that it was all he ate before the reaction, it was definitely these baked goods. Terrible.
Bottom Line - If you have allergies be aware and quite frankly, don’t go here.

Gluten-Free baked goods tend to have a sandier, denser texture which I actually like! I came around noon on a Saturday and it looked like they were out of lots of items - including the Millionaire's bar I wanted to try! Picked up a lemon bar ($4.50). It was VERY crust heavy (only a thin layer of lemon) and not too sweet and nicely lemony. I am obsessed with crust so this was 100% my jam :)
Love that they are an allergy friendly business and would love to come back and try more baked goods!

Great experience yesterday! It was my first time visiting Nuflours and loved it! I got a bunch of items to try out. Had a sea salt brownie (yum), maple pumpkin cake donut (so moist and delish), and a cinnamon roll (very good).
They sell out of certain items early, so next time I'll go near opening so I can try a loaf of bread, which I've also heard is good! 10/10 reccomend to anyone with a GF preference.

This place is awesome for what it is. I will absolutely be back for the chocolate chip whoopi cakes. I absolutely inhaled the first one I ever purchased.
To be completely up-front, the sugar cookie is a little too bland, in my opinion. The flours they have to use in order to be allergen-friendly taste a little funky in the sourdough bread loaf, but I do still think it's worth it if you're nut, dairy, and gluten intolerant.

A disclaimer that I only tried one thing - the chocolate pistachio cake but WOW was I disappointed. I really really wanted to like it cause I've heard such amazing things but honestly it wasn't even worth finishing. The frosting was violently sweet and flavorless, the cake tasted like crappy sheet cake and only had a sad dull chocolate flavor. On the upside it was moist, but that's about the only positive thing I can say. I think the worst part is that the reasons it was bad had nothing to do with it being gluten free and heinously expensive.

I was here in 2015 visiting for a wedding, and happened upon this place after a Yelp search for gluten free. I had quiche and a brownie, they were sooo good! Fast forward to 2019, I'm not sure how or why Nuflours popped up in my mind, but I did a search online and realized they do national shipping! I ordered the cinnamon rolls because I miss the gluten ones oh so much. They were amazing. I ordered 8 more this past week and just as delicious as they were before. I hope with COVID-19, this place will weather the storm and stay open! I'm trying to support as many gf places during these

Cute little bakery with a good selection. I was excited to see they offered quiche- always nice to find savory products rather than just pastries/sweets that gluten free bakeries commonly offer. I got the jalapeño cheddar quiche which was delicious and very filling! They'll heat it up for you as well if you ask. I also got an eclair and a piece of the coffee & rum tiramisu. The eclair was fantastic- not too sugary sweet. It was pretty small, but still worth the splurge. The tiramisu was great as well, and a much bigger portion.

This is my favorite GLUTEN FREE bakeries. I emphasize, because I think some of the reviewers who left negative reviews had unreasonable expectations. I do not remember what baked goods with gluten taste like anymore, so I can offer no comparison there.
In my experience, GF baked goods are usually dry. The sweet baked goods I've had here, however, were all moist and delicious (probably because they use butter). That said, they have some vegan options.
Also, it is a smaller space, so word of caution if you're trying to bring a 10 person study group.

Fantastic bakery with room to settle down and work (including WiFi). The various niche goods are a must try if you’re looking for a new baked goods experience. Highly recommend for someone wanting to venture to a new location in Capitol Hill. 4 stars because I would like to see more variety. 5 stars for taste. I had the dulche de leche cheesecake - fantastic texture, light on the palette with depth to flavor. The cheese portion was not overly heavy which is what you want in an ideal cheesecake. I cannot emphasize how much I love Saturday brunch/lunch/unlimited night time nibbles brought home from here.
I love that it's a gluten free bakery that isn't by default Vegan. It makes it so that the pastries have the flakiness/general texture I want and crave.
Once a month, my dog and I walk from Belltown to get a treat for me at this location. If I'm willing to walk a couple miles up hill for this place, it must be good.

I ordered a gluten- free, vegan cake a week in advance. Today I arrived to pick it up and was informed they made a mistake and made a quarter sheet cake instead of a half sheet cake. People make mistakes, but how you handle mistakes speaks volumes... and this was not handled well. No one called to let me know about the mistake- I was told when I arrived at the store. No discount was offered (they did refund me the difference in cost between the cakes). No appropriate alternative was offered. I was just left stuck with half the amount of cake I needed and they didn't seem to think that was

This spot is amazing and wish it was in my neighborhood! Our youngest is gluten free but hadn't found this on my search until a friend was visiting town and she was looking for GF spots for her diet.
I had a soup and bread the first day and both were delicious. The second day enroute the airport we stopped and the caramel brownie was to die for as well as the lemon bar. Their birthday cakes look amazing as well and looking forward to ordering one for our little guy!

I'm so happy we have Nuflours! As a person with a few food allergies, and the most dangerous being gluten - there aren't enough GF bakeries in Seattle in my opinion. Nuflours is a GF facility and they have a few options for baked goods with no dairy (my other allergy) or egg (my husbands allergy) albeit not a ton.
They have sweet and savory and we particularly enjoy the hamburger buns. They also have giant ice cream sandwiches that are great in the summer!

Great tasting bread and pastries. In this place you can have a tasty toast with butter and jam and a good cup of coffee. They have a selection of 3 to 4 gluten free or vegan varieties of bread that they sell by the loaves.
The flax seed bread is very good. Bought some of this bread for home use which freezes and toast well. Yummy too with just butter!
Many other pastries, cookies, cakes gluten free , dairy free are available.
The service was great, attentive and friendly.
