I bake everything, all the bread and pastries fresh every single day starting at 5:00 in the morning so that you can enjoy the best. I have been looking at how other businesses have been respond to this virus and would like to borrow some of their words to describe the response to this virus 'this is a business built on meaningful human connection - lets use that connection to support each other and get through this.'
Over the past few weeks there have been massive changes in how our community interacts. For the cafe, this has meant no office workers coming in for lunch and more families coming in for coffee and pastries. Now, as we need to practice greater 'social distancing' I am evaulating next steps.

Most people come for take-out. You go inside to order, and pick up your food at the window. There are 2 small tables on the patio. Both Shawn and the girls at the cashier were very nice.
There is a small selection of baked goods in addition to breakfast sandwiches and bagels. I asked for a Lox Bagel (not in the menu), Shawn was nice enough to put together one with smoked salmon and lemon cream cheese.
